El mejor lugar en San Cristóbal

El hotel está a 15 min caminando del centro de San Cristóbal, lo cual es lo suficientemente cerca para conocer y lo suficientemente lejos para que no moleste el ruido. Es una casa adaptada, súper limpia, el personal es de lo más amable y cálido. Te dan llaves de la casa para que entres y salgas a la hora que quieras y te preparan un desayuno delicioso y súper bien servido. Estando en San Cristóbal nunca me hospedaría en un hotel que no fuera Roberta.

Lovely B & B- all the comforts of home!

We loved this place- clean, modern, close to town...even had parking for our big SUV. We originally stayed in town but it was noisy, hard to park and the hotel was old. Roberta's saved us. The hostesses Ana & Diana were lovely. They offered us coffee and snacks when we arrived. We had a delicious breakfast in the morning. Everything was clean and comfortable- it felt like home.

Warm staff cold room

Pros -The rooms are spacious. -The staff is great, they gave us warm cookies at night and packed our breakfast for the next day (we were leaving early in the morning, before they served breakfast). Cons -The rooms are cold and seem a little humid. -It is far away from the city center and from the main attractions.

mauvais rapport qualité prix

La première nuit: pas de chauffage dans une chambre à 15° qui n'est pas du tout isolée du froid et du bruit. Ensuite, problème pour sortir la voiture du parking fermé à clé: la clé était introuvable et on nous proposait seulement de prendre un taxi à la place de notre voiture! inadmissible alors nous avons un peu râlé et un professionnel est venu démonté le système de fermeture pour qu'on puisse sortir. La 2ème nuit, après notre demande, nous avons enfin pus avoir du chauffage. En conclusion: personnel gentil mais pas très efficace très mauvais rapport qualité prix!!!

Absent staff

A colleague could not check in after arriving on a late flight because there was no staff at midnight. No one. I had to let him in – and the key somehow got stuck in the door. We left a 7:45 am for activities and there was still no staff anywhere in the hotel. The Internet is somewhat weak in the rooms. I stayed a previous time and the water was cut. I left a day early for another hotel. Of course, there was no apology, just a look of, "Tough luck."

Ok hotel to far away

The hotel Has a great staff but is to far away from all the activities.. The beds for a doble room are way to small yes the lines are very nice. No tv at all in the bed breakfast. There is no restaurant or convience store in the vecinity

Una experiencia unica

El hotel es muy bonito, fue más de lo que esperábamos y que fuera petfriendly le dio un mega plus, lo recomendaría a todos, los desayunos son muy pero muy buenos, tienen una excelente presentación, las habitaciones muy originales, definitivo regresare.

Nice place

There was no water on one of the mornings and not much hot water later in the day for a shower. Otherwise, it's a nice property with a very good breakfast

Jolie maison

Chambre dans une jolie maison, salon chaleureux grâce au feu de cheminée. La chambre est grande, sans chauffage et la salle de bain est petite et mal conçue. Le petit déjeuner est très soigné

Muy agradable la estancia, te sientes en casa

Son muy atentos, serviciales la experiencia es única, te sientes como en tu hogar, tiene bonitas áreas compartidas y los cuartos no tienen tele para propiciar que convivas con otros huéspedes. Es un lugar amigable para las mascotas y los desayunos están riquísimos. Esta alejado del centro para ir caminando en la noche, para jóvenes que quieran beber y regresar caminando, tomen taxi.

San Cristóbal Mágico!!!

Hay magia en ese lugar, el personal del Hotel es una Chulada, te reciben de manera cálida y el trato cordial hacen que te sientas como en casa,gozas de espacios de paz total y te sorprenden cada día con alimentos deliciosos, no se lo pierdan, es TOTALMENTE RECOMENDABLE!!!! Excelente servicio, buena opción

Una muy bonita casa, como a 15 minutos caminando del Andador. Excelente servicio y desayuno muy rico. Lo único fue que nos quedamos en el cuarto grande en el 2do piso y estaba muy oscuro, había lámparas pero no funcionaban mas que algunas. Me volvería a quedar aquí si regreso a San Cristobal.
