"Clean, comfortable, friendly, and a great location. Karla was a fabulous host, her breakfast was so delicious with fresh Ecuadorian fruits, eggs and bread. The grounds are beautiful, lovely pool surrounded by lush local gardens and indigenous pottery. Our cottage was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and ample storage space. We had a fabulous 5 nights, thanks to Karla's hospitality, lovely weather and the Pacific Ocean just across the road. "

"I had a comfortable stay here. The A/C works well, and the Wi-Fi was sufficient for my needs. They have a pool and a bar (although I’m not sure how often the bar is open). You will have a key to your room, but to gain access to the compound you will need to ring the doorbell each time you come and go. My Spanish is limited, but I knew I had to pay cash upon arrival. "Place is fantastic, just as described and the host is very helpful and rapid to fix the one or two minor issues we encountered, WiFi quit working and we ran out of propane in the jacuzzi tub, but he was there 100% within minutes to address said inconvenient, we had a great time and will totally go back next time I’m in town visiting, the only thing be prepared for no AC and it does get hot, but the property has plenty of air flow, but it would be a millions times better if it had AC"
