Step out of the everyday and into a sun-warmed second-level retreat just a short walk from the California coastline. San Clemente`s laid-back rhythm takes over quickly here - mornings carry the faint sound of the Pacific, afternoons belong to the beach, and evenings are best spent on the patio with the grill going and the salty breeze rolling in.

Living space
The living area is set up for real comfort, with seating gathered around a 65-inch TV with streaming services. A ceiling fan, central air conditioning, and heating keep the space feeling just right regardless of the season. A full futon sofa rounds out the room, giving your group a flexible setup that works for movie nights or lazy afternoons in.

Sleeping arrangements
The condo sleeps up to 6 guests across two bedrooms and the living area. The primary bedroom has a king bed and its own TV, while the second bedroom fits two queen beds and also has a TV. The living room futon converts to a full bed, adding a third sleeping space for the group. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage are all provided.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at your own pace - refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and a baking sheet. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils are stocked and ready. Pull up a chair at the dining table to eat together, plan the day`s adventures, or linger over a second cup of coffee.

Bathrooms & essentials
Two bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and cleaning products, with bath towels, hot water, and a bathtub available. A hair dryer, iron, and ironing board are also on hand for anything you need before heading out.

Outdoor & location
The patio or balcony is an easy place to settle in with outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ grill - a natural spot for an evening cookout or a quiet morning outside. Beach essentials including beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear are available for your outings, and beach access is just a short walk away. Casa Romantica Cultural Center & Gardens is less than 300 feet from the property, and local shops, coffee spots, and restaurants are all within close reach.

Amenities & connectivity
Wifi, an Ethernet connection, and a dedicated workspace in a common space keep you connected if needed. A washer and dryer are available on-site. Parking includes a garage for one compact or midsize vehicle (9 ft wide, 20 ft long), plus free street parking. A private entrance means no shared lobbies or hallways to navigate.

Family & accessibility
Traveling with little ones? A Pack `n Play/Travel crib and high chair are available. Note: the Pack `n Play sheet is not included - please pack your own. Long-term stays (28 days or more) are welcome.

Keyless entry is provided with a unique code issued before arrival.
No physical keys are required.

Early arrival or late departure may be available at no extra charge when possible.
Checkout cleaning is included. Mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee.
Package delivery is not recommended due to the mailbox access being unavailable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Garage accommodates one compact or midsize vehicle. Measurements are 9 ft in width and 20 ft in length.
A Pack ’n Play is available. Don’t forget to pack the sheet.
