Spacious three-bedroom located steps from San Clemente`s beach access, historic Casino, and Ole Hanson Beach Club. Ideal for families, weddings, or a relaxing coastal retreat. Features include two balconies, central air conditioning and heating, and ample space to relax. Beach walks, surfing, dining, and nightlife are all easily accessible.
Enjoy two private balconies, fresh coastal air, and convenient access to the beach, trail, cafés, surf spots, and local restaurants.

Bath and beach towels are provided.
Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Iron and ironing board.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:
High-speed WiFi and cable/satellite TV.
Starter supplies are provided, including trash bags, paper towels, a sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods, and dryer sheets.

Pack ’n Play provided. Please bring your own sheet.

Access to the unit requires 45 stairs.
Two tandem parking spaces are available.
This is a noise-sensitive community with Good Neighbor monitoring for sound levels only. Guest privacy is maintained.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES:
No smoking anywhere on the property.
Garage access is not available.
Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
Travel insurance is recommended for unforeseen circumstances. The cancellation policy is strictly enforced.

PET POLICY: Non-shedding and small dogs are welcome for a pet fee. Please message us with your dog`s weight and breed to receive a payment request. Pets must not be left unattended and are not permitted on furniture or beds.

LOCATION:
The property is just steps from the North Beach access and the beach trail.
A five-minute drive to downtown Del Mar’s restaurants and boutiques, and the outlets.

Keyless entry is provided with a unique code issued prior to arrival.

Good location and comfortable home

The home was great overall. Unfortunately we arrived and the house code, lockbox code, and garbage room code that were supplied were incorrect. This took some time to rectify while navigating this with the Vacasa service help. The pack n play is old and the cushion uncomfortable with an incorrect size sheet supplied so we had to go find another bed for the infant. The washing machine malfunctioned so our clothes were wet when we had to check out because the machine did not complete its cycle. We had to unplug it and start over which meant there wasn’t time to dry the clothing.

Joyful stay

My family and I enjoyed this property because of its location and the spacious living room and balcony. The house was clean, updated and equipped with all toiletries and cooking supplies. The beach was short walk and there was a cute French cafe along the walk that was tasty and quaint.I recommend this property for your next beach stay.

Decent Stay

Amazing location hampered by a lot of stairs to access this upper unit that made moving strollers and surfboards a pain. State beach and a cute french bakery right around the corner are the most positive feature. Noticed a few small roaches in the kitchen and the upstairs bedroom fan didnt work, making for some very warm nights. BBQ, broiler, and some lights also didnt work. Owners were not helpful when asked about these issues.

Amazing Beach House!

This house is wonderfully set up to host families with all the bells and whistles. They had a play pen and high chair for the baby we had and lots of beach toys available. We even met the owner who was wonderful! They had plenty of supplies and check in/check out were very easy. Highly recommend! This was our 3rd year staying at this property for our summer vacation and we will keep coming back :)

Our best rental ever

This rental was the best rental that we ever stayed in. Spent 3 nights here and the family loved it. The beach is literally steps away. 7-11 and a French bakery are literally steps away. Everything was perfect, property had everything we could ask for. Clean beds, 2 huge private balconies (not all have 2 balconies) with grill and lots of seating areas. Kitchen , living room, bathrooms all perfect. The only thing I would warn you about is the LONG staircase to the property (which I personally love because I miss exercising) but if you don’t like stairs, don’t rent this. By the way, the laundry detergent is hidden under kitchen sink, which we didn’t think to look until it was too late. If you have kids, this is a perfect adventure. I highly recommend this property.

Decent, lots of work needed, not great for little kids

Our stay was ok. The kitchen was pretty bare, we had to make do with a lot of things. (No scissors, dull knives, no kids sized utensils, some rusted pans). The house seemed pretty clean at first glance, but after we started eating we noticed a lot of the cups had sand in them... The dishwasher by the way doesn't break up the dishwasher pods. We had to crush those by hand so that it would work. The large bumpy edged plates (which is what they have most of) don't fit in the dishwasher. We did a lot of hand washing. The battery to the lock on the front door is dying, and we found the replacement battery, but they did not leave a screwdriver for us to use to replace it. Other things that need to be fixed asap: the stones by the fireplace are all loose, the vacuum is in serious need of repair or replacement, the one broom in the house is bent and falling apart, and the water filter in the fridge needs to be changed. The red light was on for our entire stay. Felt super weird about drinking that water, but we had no other options. Oh, and the outlet in the master bathroom stopped working randomly. The beds were ok. The upstairs room is nice and big though, we had twins sleeping in pack n plays and there was plenty of floor space for them. The balconies are fun, but the furniture is old and stained. Also, this close to the ocean I thought we would head it more, but the city is too loud. Furniture all needs to be attached to the wall! Especially the tall dresser. Hazzard.

Family vacation

Stayed for 7 nights, two adult children and their spouses. Pros: Very Clean, great bed linens, extra towels etc, one block from the beach, has some small restaurants around the area, at the start of beach walking trail, one mile to the pier. Cons: Very old and worn kitchen skillets, no lids, would be great to have better cooking vessels to make eggs/omelet etc for breakfast, no electric kettle. There were beach towels, but no chairs or any beach toys, would be nice to have for out-of-town guests. Lots of steps but we knew that going in. Need to have better instructions on how to open and close the front door, we learned it after many trials.

Great vacation!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay in this condo in San Clemente! Location was very accessible to the beach trail and coastal views. We had plenty of laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets to get us started. The condo is exactly as listed. We had a small issue with one of the TV's and they were very prompt in getting it fixed! The large and comfortable porch was one of our favorite parts of our stay!

Pros: Clean. Roomy. Close to beach and trails. Cons: drains are slow and puddle. Very Steep stairs leading to front door. Front lock was finicky to get closed when leaving. Very little supplies provided. Ran out of TP and garbage bags quick.

Great place to stay with the family. Don’t listen to all the entitled complaints you read about creaky floors, loud toilets etc. this place is welcoming and comfortable. If you want the Ritz then go pay for the Ritz. Thanks for sharing your home!

Fikk tilslutt en 6 siffer kode. Renholdet i Badene var ikke bra, samt renholdet under sengene var dårlig. Solforholdene svarte ikke til forventningene...

Perfect

Beautiful area with view of Pacific, walking distance to lots of places, no need for car. Excellent, nicely furnished, well appointed with lots of space to spread out. Comfortable beds, quiet area, all in all we loved it. Were there to attend a wedding at the nearby Casino. Perfect!

Property is short walk to Pico Beach. Well-kept, clean, comfortable beds. Was impressed with how well-equipped kitchen was. Also bath towels, beach towels, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, coolers and even complimentary laundry detergent!

Really great location in beautiful San Clemente! Loved the open spaces, including 2 great balconies. Be ready to get your steps in because the stairs up to the front door are numerous! Really nice stay for my family and I.

San Clemente Condo with parking

My group of (5) over 60 adults had a great time in this condo. The kitchen was well stocked and the restrooms and kitchen had nice toiletries and plenty of towels. There are 48 steps to the front door, but once you get there it is a lovely place to be and very quiet. Nice balconies too for grilling or just chilling out. We would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic stay! Will be back

We loved all the ammenities. Super comfy sofa and tons of space in living area and dining room. We were here in Dec so barely used the 2 decks but am sure in summer they re wonderful. It was great to be walking distance (5 mins) from the beach and wonderful cafes and restaurants and bike hire .. our group was a 2 year old, 4 year old, and adults in their 40's. A lady in her 70's visited and although lots of stairs, still managed OK. We felt the stairs helped us get fit while we were here :-) But we did carry both kids up most times so our arms definitely got stronger! Bedrooms were super comfy. Loved the shower in master bath. We added a few things to the kitchen that we have left behind such as more glasses and scissors as we were here for a month .. but it was well stocked for those staying just a week or so! overall a great experience and we would definitely be back!

Great Spot

Loved this house and was perfect for a girls trip to visit friends with small and big kids in tow! Walkable to beach and coffee and outdoor deck is amazing! Large walk in closet fits pack n play which came with the house!
