Tuscany Bliss: Garden Retreat

Located at Via Treggiaia 90 in La Romola, this inviting two-story villa is perfect for a family or group of up to six. The ground floor features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and a boiling-water tap. The cozy living/dining room offers satellite TV and a fireplace, along with a full bathroom. Upstairs are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with twin beds, plus a second bathroom. A separate laundry room with a washing machine and iron adds convenience. Free Wi-Fi, parking, and pet-friendly access are included.

Outdoors, enjoy the large private garden (800 m²) with furniture and a roofed terrace (15 m²) ideal for al fresco dining. Kids can enjoy the shared play area and party games, while adults relax by the shared pool (14×7 m, open May–Oct 1) or make use of the shared barbecue area. The setup is ideal for both play and relaxation.

Just 10 km from Florence, and close to tennis in Cerbaia (2 km) and golf (7 km), the villa offers a perfect mix of peace and proximity. Explore San Casciano’s historic center, admire the Pieve of San Pancrazio, or discover Chianti vineyards nearby.
