This unique place has a style of its own, Real estate magazine award winning/numerous local publications, and participating in the legendary Selena movie. perfect fit, fun, and very accommodating in the Southtown art district. The house set happiness hopefulness in very bold and colorful way of expression. It include 2 large modern masters + 2 additional bedrooms, laundry/storage room, inviting outdoor deck with large hot tub for 8, and 12 privet car parking for private events/Business meetings.

Nice interior, but floor tiles are lose and hurt when barefooted. Entire house needs some type of c

Good location to downtown, but neighborhood is scary. Bedroom and bathroom doors would not shut completely, so privacy was an issue. Window coverings and repaired tile floors would make this house much more enjoyable. Also need a ceiling to floor screen for the upstairs bedroom...it is toooooo exposed.

House was obviously newly constructed/renovated and has an amazing design and layout. Very modern.Fit and finish needs some attention. Neighborhood was on the rough side but safe.

Spotless and Exquisite Linens

The property was spotless and immaculate. We slept well in the soft, fragrant linens. The host went above and beyond with bath extras and fluffy towels.The patio was nice on a cool evening. The locked gates gave us an extra sense of security and the carport could have fit three medium cars. Very close to our comedy show venue and the Riverwalk. We'd come again.

New Years Eve Celebration

The home was definitely a show home. The attention to details was so impressive. The beds slept good. We brought our dog and the house was dog friendly, equipped with water/food bowls, dog beds and toys for the dog. Just to let you know the back bedrooms do not have window dressings but when looking towards the house from outside, the windows have a mirror effect so you only see your reflection. You gotta try the hot tub, Good location to downtown. Perfect for our mini trip, Host was quick to respond.

+ Nice house + 1.8 miles from river walk + Plenty of space - No privacy on windows (no blinds) very awkward for master room to use restroom and shower - Few AC issues but were corrected - Driveway gate not operable - Neighbor has Rooster outside master room but didn’t really bother me but my guest yea

Mother's Day Weekend
