Very clean property. Bathrooms had accessories you might have forgotten such as toothbrush, soap. Walkable distance to Pearl. Very easy to get in and out of the area. Rooftop was an added bonus as well as the garage. We were able to surprise one of the guests with a new car.

Excellent home and location

This property was amazing, even better in person. Very clean, new and comfortable. The location was excellent, easy walk to the pearl. I was staying with my mom and two young children and the property and complex felt very safe which was important for us. Having a garage to keep our car secure was a big part. Loved that there was food and coffee directly below too for an easy breakfast. The hosts had excellent communication and the extra amenities like topo Chico and chips and salsa were nice. We will definitely stay here again on future trips to San Antonio.

Great stay

A great location next to all the attractions of the pearl. A great, attractive, and very functional property. We especially enjoyed the proximity of Naco, the tiny Mexican eatery on Grayson. In one week, we must’ve visited every day!

Great spot close to Trinity

This was the perfect spot for us to have family come visit to see our daughter run track at Trinity. Great location, clean and easy. Rooftop deck was a nice bonus!!

This property is new clean and safe. It is located within walking distance to down town San Antonio. It has good "feng shui" that makes you stay comfortable. Some items can be added to increase comfort like a Kettle, drip coffee maker and bright lights with makeup mirror in the bathrooms

The set up was perfect for 3 couples to have their own space but be able to hang out together. Close to everything. Neighbors were super sweet too! Great for an adult getaway.

A few blocks from the Pearl in upcoming neighborhood

Incredibly clean, easy access and close to downtown and it’s in the Pearl District, which is a very cool part of town. The Pearl is a few blocks away and this property seems to be in an area that is being redeveloped into similar, stylish new townhouse type living. Cool neighborhood bars and restaurants within walking distance. Better than staying ‘downtown’ although it is probably still considered downtown. We’re from Washington state, and it was our first visit to San Antonio. I’m glad we stayed at this place in this location. This townhouse is a few blocks away from the Hotel Emma (basically, the Emma is the center of the Pearl), which is an incredible, restored 5 star hotel and complex. It is spectacular. Look it up and you’ll get a feel for the vibe in the Pearl…Our property had first class finishes, all the way down to the kitchen table and faucets, soft water, endless hot water, and super clean. I don’t think they could have done a better job at preparing for our stay. The whole project seemed very “thoughtful.” And we appreciated it.

Perfect vacation home!

Home couldn’t be any cleaner. Everything you could need was supplied. Decorated to perfection! Location was a short walk to the Pearl. Communication couldn’t be any better. We have rented multiple homes for vacation and this one is definitely at the top. Overall great experience and would definitely rent again!

Great Location

The best thing about this place is it’s proximity to the Pearl district which has some great restaurants and shops and is just a fun place to hang out. Also near the Zoo and museums and not too far from the Riverwalk so just a great location. However people should know that the neighborhood directly around this condo complex (in which there are several STR units) is pretty run down and industrial so it’s not really walkable to the Pearl, especially if you have children with you (if it was just adults it’s probably ok). It’s like a 3 minute car ride. The unit itself is good, very clean and comfortable although the kitchen is only minimally outfitted. Lots of stairs so not ideal for toddlers or elderly (we had 2 kids 5 and 10). Overall we thought it was just ok and would not return if we could find somewhere else near the Pearl to stay.

Best part was proximity to Pearl

Check-in was cumbersome with all of the multiple email and text messages from different sources, nice home but in a bad neighborhood resulting in poor window views, no dish towels or baking pans, master bedroom television never worked even after reaching out to property owner for guidance, cleaning crew arrived early left us feeling rushed at checkout. Welcome note, snacks, coffee bar and spa toiletries wear a nice touch. New towels should be washed before use.
