Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights
Checkout time is 11 am Don’t remove linens, just leave them on the bed. Gather all trash on floor, bed, table, put them in the trash can
Leave your open liquid containers on the table. Remove all your items from Refrigerator and cabinet drawers. Put all small items into trash can. Leave big items on the floor.
Turn off Heater, AC, TV, fans and lights. Let the Room Door open when leaving the room. When exiting Front door, Press Yale button to lock the door
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
