Spacious 2300 sq. ft furnished home in a family friendly community. This single family home with open concept. 3 living areas. Large bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 baths. Bathrooms are upstairs perfect for quiet time. A very ample Master Bedroom with a King size bed and an on suite bathroom, Garden Tub and huge walk in closet. Second bedroom has a double bed. Third bedroom has a double bed as well. Living room has a pull out couch.
Downstairs is open concept, large living room, family room, dining room and kitchen with an island. Stainless steel appliances. Dining room table can sit eight comfortably. The kitchen is large with ample cabinet space and necessary amenities for cooking.
Outdoors you can relax under a covered patio while enjoying the outdoor dining set. Prepare a Texas Barbecue with the new propane gas grill (April 2022). Sit in New outdoor Adirondack chairs to enjoy the large lush yard.
This home has a 50 inch 4KTV (April 2022) on the 1st floor of the family room. On the second floor the Master Retreat has a new 50 inch 4KTV ( April 2022) and the game / office room has a new 50 inch 4KTV with internet . Books and games are available for your leisure.
This home is tastefully decorated. New mattresses, linens, pillows and towels (April 2022).
On the second floor you will find a laundry room with a new washer, dryer and ironing board (April 2022).
No pets allowed…..

Christmas Trip

This house was so perfect for our Christmas Trip. It was spacious, well kept and felt like home. To our surprise it was well stocked with all the things you would need from pots and pans, food storage items, cleaning supply, even shampoo, conditioner and body wash.It was decorated for Christmas including a Christmas Tree.The host was very easy to communicate with.If your ever in San Antonio and need a VRBO this is the place.

Nice Place For a Family

We stayed at this property while in town for a family reunion, and enjoyed it. There was plenty of space and household items for use. We took advantage of the board games, smart tv, and space in the backyard to play. It is in a pretty quiet neighborhood, and close to town for groceries and the gym. It's also not too far from Seaward and a few other San Antonio attractions. The owners were very communicative and even nice enough to leave us a pie for the holiday! My only upgrade would be for a few more blankets to lounge around and repairing the downstairs toilet seat (which was fixed with tape). Otherwise, we would recommend this for adults and kids.

Eclipse Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This rental was very clean and well furnished for our weeklong visit to see the eclipse. The master bedroom is gigantic and perfect for our daughter, husband, and 4 month old baby. It was an easy drive to the airport, to the River Walk, the Alamo, and the San Antonio Botanical Garden.

Was great for 2 families visiting for a track meet. No hot water in the kitchen though, makes it almost impossible to wash grease off the dishes.

Happy renter

Large property well appointed with all your needs for a short stay. The host stopped by to give a delicious coconut pie as a welcome gift. I informed her that thegarge door was not working properly and she prompetly arrange for repair. I will definetely reccomend it to my friend.
