"If you want an early check in and the room is ready and available, you will have to pay extra, tacky but true. Beautiful setting, unfortunately our stay was soiled by an incompetent staff and a second rate owner/management team. The restaurant offers a good selection of dishes but it is poorly executed. The wine list is difficult to read and most of its items where out of stock. I regret choosing this hotel and strongly recommend you go elsewhere. "

"My husband and I stayed in the penthouse suite for a night and it was amazing! The sunset views from the balcony doesn’t disappoint and the breakfast the next morning was delish! A short walk to the beach and truly a relaxing vibe. Our only regret is we didn’t have more time to stay longer. Would be great for a 2-3 day stay!"

"Photos online are dated and do not reflect the poor quality of the room condition. We paid to stay in the top room, yet no working wifi, extremely tatty furniture, bathroom and ill fitting wood effect floors. No cupboards for hanging clothes and difficult to navigate to the room as in an extension, with no lift, narrow corridors and stairs. For the price, it is extremely expensive with a cheap breakfast. Better to stay in some of the wonderful new beachfront apartments on Air BnB."

"The owners of these little cabins were so helpful! They even came and found us to pick us up as we were walking from the cruise ship port to their location! Yes it is walkable! After our stay they gave as a ride to the bus station as well! Not fancy but very comfortable. Would highly recommend! Wifi, tv, kitchen and air conditioning included!"

"No towels at hotel no air conditioning No soap this was by far worst hotel in 6 weeks of travel in Chile and way overpriced. Was refused to be allowed to get money back for 2nd night after 1st night. Manager said owner has horrendous record with other people will not do anything and never fixes the situation and has been reported previously."
