We checked in after 10 pm and there was a loud party in the parking lot blaring spanish music. The lady at the front desk assigned usvroom 251. I requested a downstairs room and she said she couldnt chanege the room because i booked 3rd party. Before i was out the door she was sitting back down messing on hetr phone. We got to the room to find damage to the door frame and the inside safety lock was broke and non functional. The grab bar in the bathtub was missing, there was some type of white paint or plaster smeared on the inside of the bathroom door, and the cheap plastic toilet seat was loose and did not fit the toilet properly. I think we were placed in a sub-par room because we booked 3rd party. I passed this info along to the man at the desk during checkout and he he said he was sorry but really showed no signs of really caring about my concerns. I am disappointed in Wyndham and have lost confidence in their ability to provide a safe restful experience. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS QUALITY INN AGAIN!

The hotel was old and run down, no water in the pool, ice machine broken, TV didn't work for 2 days, no coffee pot then they brought me one and that one didn't work. Went to the office one morning to get a cup of coffee and the coffee pot was empty. Phone in the room did not work so I had no wake up call. The shower dripped and it was very hard to turn it off. Breakfast was served across the street at a restaurant with a very limited menu. One day I had two eggs one piece of bacon and toast and that's pretty much all they offered. Another day I was 15 minutes late for their cut off for the hotel and they would not serve me unless I paid full menu price. I am a senior citizen and they did not offer me a room on the first floor so I had to walk stairs and the hotel was mostly vacant. Worst experience in my life. Because I went through Expedia I could not cancel without penalties.

The only good thing about this stay was the breakfast at Roxie’s Diner. Our ac was so loud that we couldn’t stand to run it all night. The pillows were flat and very small. The television would not change channels even after changing batteries. It stayed stuck on one channel for 2 days. Our bathtub was dirty and the water would not properly turn off. A couple of the lights in the room didn’t work. It smelled awful. Won’t stay again, but didn’t have another choice. It was non refundable and a busy weekend in town

Made online reservation. Drove around building at least 4 times looking for someone to help us check in and get a room. Knocked on office door 2 separate times. The third time we went to the office, (near 12:30am 9:28) girl came out. I did let her know how disappointed I was that we had been driving around and knocking on the door and no one came. She told me I had an attitude and why did I even want to start there if I was upset. She said she has been sitting there since 11pm. Yes, that got me upset. I let the front desk know upon check out and was told management would call me. That has not happened. I wouldn’t write this for no reason. This was mine and my daughter’s experience. The cleaning lady was nice. Upon check out spoke with Chris, he was pleasant as well.

Don’t waste your money even if it is cheap

The pictures are not what you get when you get there.. it’s not in a good area & the rooms smell wet.. as soon as we walked in it already felt nasty.. I asked for a refund but the manager isn’t responding back to hotels.. don’t stay here it isn’t worth it!

Cant complain too much for 85 bucks. But place stank bad. Couldnt tell if is was beer soaked carpet, weed or mildew. Carpet was moist like, hopefully had just been cleaned? Room was as clean as i think was possible...the whole place had just been used and abused. Ice maker was broke and pool abandoned. Dont really care but i expect this whole place to be bulldozed within a year. Although, i did hear that half the hotels in san angelo are the same.

Find better.

Old hotel not well cleaned or maintained. The lady that checked us in was nice and the water pressure was good but nothing else to say thats positive about that hotel. Definitely wont be staying there again. The pool was drained and apparently under nonexistent repair. The first room we had was dirty and smelled bad, A/C was not working and the chair was broken and leaned up against the wall. Immediately changed rooms and the second was slightly better but still not great. I highly recommend staying at the Pearl on the Concho hotel. Its just as dated but they keep it clean and better amenities. Close to the same price.

Water faucet on sink in room 145 did not work properly. Was hooked up backwards (cold to left and hot to right) then right before we checked out you could not get any cold water only hot.

Quiet, corner room handicap accessible was very comfortable and spacious. Desk employees were courteous and available. Rosie's Diner has variety of breakfast items that were included in the room fee.
