Being honest, it was nothing like the pictures. Bathroom doors wouldn’t close, closet either. Not 1 decoration in wall. I’ve been in many on vacation hotels and this is the complete opposite from what I’ve been in.

HOTEL BÁSICO.

Hotel céntrico , con un todo incluido muy básico y controlado. El buffet y el bar muy reducido. Puedes visitar y comer con previa reserva en algunos de los otros hoteles de la cadena On Vacation.

Péssimo hotel em todos os sentidos

Péssimo atendimento, péssimo ambiente, impossível utilizar a alimentação disponibilizada. Não há Wi-Fi grátis, não há frigobar nos apartamentos, muito barulho em todos os horários e ausência total de organização. Sequer toalhas de rosto fornecem. Sujeira no buffet e nas áreas comuns, não fornecem controles para ar condicionado e tv sem pgto de caução. Piscina suja e impossível de utilizar.

Nice hotel in the center terrible food cleaning

The hotel and the room look very good and the location in the center and 10 minutes from the beach. The clean in the dining room terrible, food with bugs, in the rice was worm, a lot of mosquitos on the food.

Traté de no amargarme

El hotel deja mucho que desear. Había moscas en el comedor, la vajilla es de plástico, solamente un día colocaron manteles. En las habitaciones no hay wifi, ni teléfono. Si tenés algún problema tenés que bajar para solucionarlo (si funciona el ascensor, mejor)No recibí toallas de mano. El baño no tiene toallero para colgar los toallones, tampoco dónde colocar el papel higiénico. Tampoco cuenta con agua caliente. No tiene luces en la mesa de luz. La comida era buena y fue mejorando. Debido a los reclamos de los huéspedes, comenzaron a fumigar, pintar, poner manteles, cambiar toallones y mejorar la comida. Lo bueno? su ubicación céntrica.

Pésimo hotel para vacacionar

Pésimo se cancelo la reserva y al hacerla de nuevo nod cambiaron el hotel a otro mas caro y que justamente no queriamos por las fotos que vimos. La atención deja mucho que desear son dispersos noa te prestan la atencion a ti sino que atienden mil preguntas de gente ditinta y a uno la dejan de lado. La comida mala nada que destacar. No hay agua caliente solo helada. Te cobran por todo hasta por pasarte el control remoto. Mala experiencia y los tour con one vacation pesimo super irresponsables con mas de hora y media de retraso, no dan la cara no te dan explicaciones y se arrancan.mala experiencia.

Pior experencia ! Propaganda enganosa!

Fui com meu marido e foi a pior experiencia de nossas vidas. O hotel esta en reforma, uma confusão, um único e pequeno elevador com capacidade de 7 pessoas para um hotel com aproximadamente 100 quartos. O hotel nao correspondia em nada às imagens apresentadas no site. Uma mentira!!! Nos foram apresentados 3 quartos, somente o último estava limpo, porém com cheio forte de tinta. O serviço de limpeza é deplorável, não havia troca de roupa de cama, tinhamos que solicitar todos os dias troca de toalhas de banho caso contrário permaneciam as mesmas, faltou agua numa madrugada, um complete absurdo! Segurança também é zero, um entra e sai de gente frenético. O café da manhã deu medo, hygiene não confiável. Infelizmente tivemos que ficar algumas noites, porque os outros hoteis da cidade estavam lotados. Mas partimos tão logo conseguimos confirmação em outro hotel. Propaganda enganosa, cuidado!

A hotel that leaves little to be desired

The hotel rooms were clean; however, the building is in major need of repairs. The Internet connection isn't very reliable and the all inclusive meals leave little to be desired. The workers in the kitchen are very nice; however, I am convinced that management isn't too concerned about the fact that they are understaffed. Guest sometimes have to wait to get a seat for dinner. If you arrive near the end of the dinner hour, you basically get the leftovers. Desserts run out quickly. This particular establishment is in need of major changes.

Nâo vale a pena ficar nesse hotel

O Hotel está em obras e isso prejudica muito.Não gostei da estadia só salvou o quarto ter cama confortável mas a água do chuveiro é fria, tem cheiro de mofo e as toalhas não foram trocadas, ou seja, não houve limpeza no quarto.A localização não é boa apesar de ser perto das lojas vale se hospedar na praia e não nas ruas de acesso a mesma.A comida é péssima só tomei café da manhã não vale estar toda a comida incluida.

Apesar de ser bem localizado, esse hotel não deveria ser chamado de all inclusive. Comida péssima, isopor com gelo e bebidas de péssima qualidade na recepção era chamado de bar. Sete andares em um prédio sem elevador, cheiro de tinta em paredes mal pintadas, cabelos pelo chão, baratas, sem espelho no quarto e sem água quente no chuveiro, esse hotel não vale o que foi cobrado. Uma vergonha o hoteis.com oferecer um hotel como esse. Perde-se a credibilidade...

I was transfered from "The Tower" to "The Cove"

When I arrived with my family to the "On Vacation Tower" it was with lots of renovations going on (i.e. under construction)....the hallways, the reception, the swiming pool, restaurant, elevator, some rooms, etc...This was unacceptable for me and my family so I asked the hotel manager to transfer me and my family to another hotel from their chain. They transfered me to the "On Vacation The Cove". There we had a wonderfull time with a very nice pool,entertainment, good food, and a natural pool in the ocean. I recommend "The Cove". I cannot really evaluate the experience of being hosted in the On Vacation Tower but I camn tell you that the infrastructure of the hotel and the natural surroundings are much better in The Cove....than in The Tower

Muy buena ubicacion

El hotel fue super bueno. La comida deliciosa, los tragos de la piscina fueron horribles menos la pina colada. La recepcionista no ayuda por nada del mundo pero el resto de los empleados fueron super amables. Cuando entras al hotel hay gente q te quiere comprometer con los tures pero si vas al muelle en la plaza de la coltura te puedes ir en los mismos tures y a mitad de precio. Si van a rentar carro es mejor la mulita por q el carro de golf es muy lento y rentelo antes de las 2 de la tarde por q los sancudos al otro lado de la isla son demasiados.

close to all shops and beach!!

Hotel was going under renovations, the room was clean and modern, AC/flat screen tv. basic ;beach 2 blocks away,shops, and ez access to it all. Friendly staff and the food was amazing! will stay there again.
