"Stayed for 5days in Seoul. Apt was great. Safe, clean and very quiet place. Brand new building which is half block away from the main road. Ac works great, so many restaurants and convenience stores around, bed and bedding are good, there is no lobby but communication was easy by the phone. "You can’t check in after 11pm. That’s a huge issue if your flight encounters any delays or you have traffic issues. You won’t be able to speak to anyone. I had confirmed with staff earlier in the day that I could do a late self check in and although I was told ‘yes’ twice, it was not the case. Super scary in an unknown city to spend money traveling to a place that can’t be checked into and no one to reply to customer service. Non refundable and these hours aren’t easily found on this listing. Amenities were fine, basic. There are no international outlets, usb, etc. you absolutely need an adaptor to charge or use electric outlets. No outlet by the bed for a phone. Had a small kitchen if you were looking for an apartment style extended stay. Just be prepared, it’s not a hotel. Not really an ideal international traveler spot. Or easy for a quick trip. Better to go somewhere with 24 hr front desk who could assist should anything happen."
