"The room looked and smelled very clean after entering; however, I was extremely disappointed when I saw dried urine on the side of the toilet in the lower crevices. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, but the lady in the breakfast area could exhibit better manners - she cut in front of me to put out more items without saying, "Excuse me.""

On staff...at gift store and information desk they seemed very annoyed to have to help you, but check in and out were easy and bartenders at EP's very friendly and fun."

"The HU. Hotel is definitely below standards for the price. There are no amenities in the room (not even a ice bucket). However the staff from the front desk personnel, houseman, concierge we all great with exceptional personalities and positive attitudes. It was because of the staff my hotel stay there was pleasant."
