"Alles wunderbar, außer der Check in- keine Besetzung der Rezeption um 15 Uhr ( lt. Expedia bis 20 Uhr besetzt), Code hatten wir auch keinen erhalten. Bis war das telefonisch klären konnten standen wir lange in der Kälte vor der Türe! Bei der Rückkehr vom Abendessen mussten wir feststellen dass die meisten Türen nicht mit dem Schlüssel zu öffnen waren, da diese schlicht nur mit Code funktionieren, das geht besser!"

"Fue un horror. Solicité reembolso ya qué tuve qué it a otro hotel por la cantidad indecente de chinches. No pude descansar. Earn enorme, bolaban y havian un ruido terrible. Aparecian más y más. Existence mosquiteras si saber qué es un problema. Hay qué poner solucion. Indignante."

"Breakfast was fine and tasty, however the lady standing there was pointing out the clock letting me know that we had got 15 min. left to eat. Imagine the pressure... Upstairs, in the room the infant bed was broken, so the baby wasnt sleeping properly including us - the rest of the family. The cleaners must have dropped one dirty item when emptying the bin previous day. That was disturbing to see. There is no elevator in the property in case someone requires that.
