Casa Gostosa is a fully equipped 2 story modern villa with private pool, situated in the hilltops of paradise with views and sunsets that will take your breath away.

The space
Casa Gostosa is a fully equipped 2 story modern villa with private pool, situated in the hilltops of paradise with views that will take your breath away. Each of the 3 bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom. Master has a custom-made king size bed, a direct access to the pool and terrace offering a 180 jungle and ocean view. Giant glass patio doors and vaulted ceilings framed by windows. Second bedroom has a custom-made king size bed, an ensuite balcony and giant glass patio doors and windows offering a 180 jungle view. Third bedroom has 2 custom-made single beds, an ensuite balcony with view to the jungle and a tub in the bathroom. Max. capacity 6. There is A/C and fans in every room. Being up on the hill there is a nice breeze.

Made of concrete, teak wood, metal and glass, one of the properties many unique features are the amount of windows. So many, you will feel like you are bringing the outside in with you. Natural light pours in all day and glows pink at night when the sun sets right before your eyes. Enjoy the views and a cocktail sitting on our giant terrace or while sitting on the edge of our spectacular pool. There really isn't another property like it in Samara.
Our wonderful property manager Jacquie will greet you upon arrival and be available to take care of any needs you may have during your stay.

Any amenities you may need are at your fingertips. The town of Samara offers wonderful beachfront restaurants, grocery shopping, bank, and many options to plan adventure excursions.Samara beach is nestled in a sheltered bay and boasts white sand for miles. It is wonderful for beginner surf lessons, is great for kids to play in and for experienced divers there is a superb coral reef. Enjoy a perfect sunset at one of the amazing beachfront restaurants, or bars in town. Samara is well known for it's exotic fruit harvests, and organic farming as well as it's many exotic animal specifies. From paddleboating, surfing, and ziplining, to underwater cave exploration. Whether you want the perfect relaxing oceanfront vacation or an exciting adventure, Samara is a wonderful choice. And Casa Gostosa is your perfect vacation destination.

good but could be better

Some water damage to location. There is no grill, no coffemaker, no microwave, no speakers. The house is great, just needs some upkeep and being clear about the things they have in the house. Beds are decent comforabale, nothing amazing. Construction next door could use some sight blocking materil during the day. THe view is very nice, close to beach. The house is very nicely built, big for 6 people and ACs work perfect. The bad things are little inconviniences, nothing that is a deal breaker.
