玄関、フロントが工事中で旅の最期を高級ホテルで楽しもうと思ったのに残念だった。工事中の情報などはホテルズドットコムで把握して予約者に情報として伝えるべき。

駅と観光スポットの間で歩いて回れる立地

ミラベル庭園の隣のホテルです。

7年前にも宿泊しました。その時は庭園と一体感のあるテラスがあったのですが、何故か、植物の仕切りの壁が出来ていて残念でした。それでも早朝の散歩はとても気持ちの良いものでした。

ロケーションもスタッフも良いホテルです。

駅からもほど近く、観光の拠点へも徒歩圏内で、ロケーションが良いホテルです。ベットも快適で、バスルームもゆったりしていて、特に収納スペースがたっぷり取ってあり、とても良いホテルです。

非常に使いやすい部屋でした。

部屋はさすがグローバル展開している大手ホテルだけあり非常に使いやすかった。ホテル建屋やサービスも問題なかったが、立地が若干観光地からはずれているので足の悪い方は再検討した方が良い。ミラベル庭園目的であれば目と鼻の先にあるので最適。

良かったです

気が付かずに朝食ついていないプランを選んでしまったので、自分が悪いのですが、これであと朝食ついていたら最高でした。レンタカーの手配もしていただき、サービスも行き届いていて、言うことなしです。

素晴らしい　とても快適でした

ホテルスタッフがとてもフレンドリーで、設備も快適で、ゆっくり滞在できました。それに、ホテルから旧市街へは、ミラベル庭園の中を通って行ったり、川沿いにザルツブルク城を眺めながら、そぞろ歩きしたり、Xマスの旅を満喫できました。今回は4泊したので、何度かホテルに戻っては一休みしたり、部屋も広く窓からはお城も見えてとても良かったです。

期待通り

ミラベル庭園に隣接し、旧市街にも徒歩圏内の良好な立地です。ザルツブルグ音楽祭のオペラ鑑賞のために宿泊しましたが、期待通り、部屋の設備、ベッドの広さ、硬さなどが好適で、くつろげました。朝食ビュッヘも大変素晴らしく、楽しめました。

ミラベル公園の早朝散歩ができちゃいます。

ミラベル公園と隣接していて、早朝に毎朝散歩しました。気持ちよかったです。今回はクラブルームに泊まり、毎朝７階のラウンジでお食事できました。チーズも種類が多く、おいしかったです。ただ、部屋にバスタブがなかったのが残念です。やはりシャワーだけだと旅の疲れがとれにくい。特に年配の人にはそのようです。場所もどこに行くにも便利だし、観光するにはいいホテルです。

ホテルの中は全然問題ないですが、ホテルを見つけるのに苦労しました。車で行ったからだとおもいますが・・・。一方通行多すぎるし。

家族連れにもおすすめなホテルです。

家族３人でクラシック　ダブルルームに宿泊。浴室はシャワールーム、バスタブ付き、エアコン完備で猛暑でしたが快適に過ごせた。滞在中にミニバーが壊れたのが難点だった。中央駅からは徒歩１５分ほどで、ミラベル庭園へは徒歩５分であり、アクセスも良かった。

気になった点 : 客室の快適度

値段の割には残念

母50代後半、私30代前半の二名にてホテルに宿泊。同じ値段でもっといいホテルに泊まれるのではないか？と思ってしまう印象が残ったのが残念でならなかった。ホテル、町、食事、と旅行として楽しみたい人には、もう少し安くてもいいホテルがいくらでもあると思う。いいホテルで、少し贅沢をしたいと考えて泊まってはみたものの、部屋のシャワーがとにかく小さく、不便だった。また、朝食も値段のわりには、あまり満足のできるものではなかった。もちろん、フルーツやパンなどの種類はあったが、町のカフェでパンをかじっても同じようなものだと感じた。（部屋は特に、ミラベル庭園側を選んでの宿泊を薦めたい。ミラベル庭園側ではない部屋に泊まったこともあり、値段が少し高い！と思う節もあった）しかしながら、ホテルの場所は非常に便利な場所にあり、駅からも、いわゆる町からも、比較的近く、徒歩での移動も十分可能。

ミラベル庭園がホテルの庭のようです

ミラベル庭園に面し、散歩に好適。お部屋もリニューアルされていてとても綺麗でした。旧市街にも橋を渡るとすぐ、ザルツブルク中央駅にも歩いて10分でいけます。今回は2泊で、お昼前にチェックインし、旧市街で昼食をとり、午後2時集合のザルツガンマーグートへの4時間の日本語ツアーに参加。このツアーの集合場所もホテルのすぐ近く。中日はハルシュタットに行きましたが駅に歩けるので時間が読めてとても楽でした。お勧めです。

モーツアルトの街の素敵なホテル

ミラベル庭園側のパークサイドの部屋に、20ユーロ／日で変更して貰えました。部屋は広々としており、調度も雰囲気があり、空調も静粛で快適な滞在が出来ました。場所的にもザルツブルグ中央駅からチップ込で７ユーロ程度、旧市街に行くにもバス停に１分足らずと、快適に過ごせました。１点残念だったのは、ミニバー扉に紙封印がしてあった事。

ﾎﾃﾙ、フロントのサービスは至って普通でしたが、ﾊﾞｽルームがリニューアルしたばかりなのか、とても清潔。ミラベル公園の続きにあり、街歩きには便利な場所でした。特に定期観光バスの集合場所に近いのが良かったです。

Wir waren vom 30.12.23 bis 01.01.24 im Sheraton Grande Salzburg. Nur 2 Übernachtungen ohne Frühstück und ein Silvester Menü im Restaurant Taste.it. - Positiv ist zu erwähnen, dass das Personal im Hotel sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war und wir sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein Deluxe Doppelzimmer (Nr. 117) bekommen haben. - Negativ ist, dass das Zimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen war und nicht mehr alles taufrisch ist - verschimmelte Silikonfugen in der Dusche für ein 5 Sterne Hotel, bei dem das Zimmer ab 300€ pro Nacht aufwärts kostet geht gar nicht ... Ich denke nicht, das es an der Reinigungskraft liegt - entweder ist die Zeit zur Reinigung zu knapp bemessen, die eingesetzten Mittel nicht wirksam oder das Alter der Silikonfugen über der Zeit. Der zweite negative Punkt war eine männlich Servicekraft im Taste.it zum Silvester Menü - er vergaß ständig bestellte Dinge, wußte nicht was ein Martini Bianco ist (obwohl auf der Karte) und zum Schluss warteten wir ca. eine halbe Stunde auf die Rechnung. Seine junge Kollegin war dafür wirklich sehr engagiert. Ich bin nicht sicher, ob ich das Hotel nochmal buchen würde.

The staff was excellent and good breakfast. My cancelled flight required that I stay in Salzburg four additional nights. I booked the hotel and arrived at 7:30am. They were able to find a room for me and let me check in right away instead of waiting for the 2pm check in. I also really enjoyed the weight room and saunas. Great location too!

All the services including front desk and restaurant are excellent. Check in is fast and I saw some guests can have their rooms even they come to check in in the morning. Foods in the restaurant including breakfast and dinner are very good except the waiting time for dinner. We waited for more than 40 minutes to have our meals but the waiter noticed that and kept follow up with the kitchen. This hotel is just sit next to Meta Bell Garden so you can go to the garden early in the morning to take some beautiful pictures. We went there at 7:30am to take photo and only 1 or 2 persons walking in the garden

Good hotel in a fabulous location

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was simply fabulous - our room overlooked the park. We only had to walk across the gardens to get to the Mirabell Palace and to go on day tours. The staff were professional and friendly. The room was great. I loved the bar and lounge. The only thing missing fir me was tea abd coffee making facilities in the room.

I enjoyed the property which was very well put together with the interior decoration...,lovely. I had room 115, Everything was super. l thank Matel for his help along with the front desk personal for help in getting my extra luggage sent to Vienna by train....The young bartender made me great martinis and was very entertaining. In all it was a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Grand in Salzburg.
