Modern and functional beach house in condominium with guardhouse at the entrance and security, plot of 1000m2, 500 meters of gardens and grass, reservoirs with 13.000L of water, garage for 6 cars, swimming pool, mobile barbecue, homemade confidence, oven cook and stove (homemade wife), household items, bed and bath linens, horizontal freezer, refrigerator, washing machine, 2 TV's, sky, stove 6 burners, 10 minutes from Praia do Forte (village with restaurants , ice cream parlors, bars, shops, etc.), Guarajuba and reserves of Atlantic Forest of sapiranga (ATV trails) in front of one of the best beaches in Brazil, wide, flat trails, pleasant temperature of water, calm and clear, pools natural, coral reefs for diving, surfing near school, 80m from the tent Papiri, (the best on the north coast), with snacks, restaurant, voice and guitar at night, near ponds will, pojuca river (rapids).
