Excellent apartment, equipped with 2 suites with air conditioning, living room with Smart TV + Pay TV (Sky) and full kitchen. Quiet and cozy place, with balcony to the green area. It has a great location, in the Graça neighborhood, a traditional residential neighborhood in Salvador, charming, graceful and tree-lined. Close to beaches and several dining options, as well as pharmacies, hospitals, gyms and markets.

We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

**For reservations over 10 nights, we charge for energy and water consumption;

***A deposit of R$ 800.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

The rooms are composed as follows:

Suite 1: 1 double bed, split type air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet.

Suite 2: 1 double bed, split type air conditioning, blackout curtain, closet and Smart TV.

NOTE: We have a sofa bed in the living room.

My space is close to restaurants, pizzerias, sushi bars, delicatessens, supermarket (in front of the building), coffee shops, Bike Itaú station, post office, beauty salons, laundry, educational/cultural institutions, churches and gas stations.

The Graça neighborhood is close to the Historic Center of Salvador (including Pelourinho), Mercado Modelo, Elevador Lacerda, Yacht Clube da Bahia, Shopping Malls, Santo Antônio da Barra Church (with stunning views of Bahia de Todos os Santos), Porto and Farol da Barra, where it houses the Nautical Museum of Bahia. It is also a neighbor of the Carnival circuits, true explosions of joy!!
