- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee and seasonings, as they are food items for personal use.
- All guests must send their ID at least 2 business days before check-in. Normally the administrative sectors operate on working days, from Monday to Friday until 5pm. That's why we ask in advance to avoid causing inconvenience to the guest, difficulties or impediment to check-in.
- Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.
- The parking space is for small passenger cars and is rotating and therefore subject to availability.
- We provide guests with an allowance of 15kWh of energy per day. By using electrical appliances consciously, this consumption will not be reached, but if it is exceeded, we will charge you for the excess after check-out.
