CHECK-IN
- All guests are required to provide identification for access to the property. This will be verified at the front desk upon check-in.
BEEHOST PROVIDES ITEMS FOR YOUR ARRIVAL
The property will be provided with a basic linen kit: a sheet and liner for each bed, a blanket, pillows, and a towel for each guest. (Replacement fees apply. Please contact us.)
You will find soap, a face towel, bathroom floor mats, toilet paper, and a sponge. (Replacement is at the guest's expense.)
Guests will receive a clean property upon check-in. Regardless of the number of nights, we do not offer free cleanings, as our daily rates are discounted based on the number of days booked. (If you require additional cleaning, an additional charge will be applied. Please contact us.)
LOCATION RESTRICTIONS
- No loud music
- No parties or events
- No visitors or guests not listed on the reservation
- No pets
- Due to vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall during the Salvador Carnival period, the use of the parking space is restricted and cannot be used by guests.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Glass, crockery, or sound systems are not permitted in the pool area. The pool area is closed on Mondays for maintenance, and the date may be changed at the discretion of the building management.
- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or seasonings, as these are personal food items.
- All guests must submit their identification at least two business days before check-in. Administrative areas are normally open weekdays, Monday through Friday, until 5 p.m. Therefore, we request advance notice to avoid inconvenience, difficulties, or impediments to check-in.
- Changing the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.
- We provide guests with a 10 kWh energy allowance per day. By using electrical appliances responsibly, this consumption will not be exceeded, but if exceeded, we will charge the excess after check-out. The rate is R$1.20 per kWh.
