「Awe stayed for 3 nights over the weekend. We arrived at night (which I would not recommend doing for the first time you get there) and we did get a little lost. The host provided great directions, just being it the dark made it very challenging. It was very much worth the view! Beautiful place with a great set up for small kids and parents too. The host was very kind and even set out some fish food for our son to feed the koi pond with. Fit great for what we needed!」

「The house is nice. The location is great. Beds were comfy. Kitchen worked nicely. Only advice is to be very careful out on the deck at night. The 3-4 steps from the upper to lower deck are very hard to see at night and no handrail to assist. Make sure ALL the outside lights are on for the best visibility of the steps. Dark brown steps on dark brown deck in the dark is not a good combination.」

「We had a wonderful stay at this whimsical little getaway! It was very cute and well stocked. Our kids really loved the little rock slide in the creek, the hot tub, and the place had great toys and books out for our use. Chimney Rock and Lake Lure are less than 15 minutes away! Our only complaint was it wasn’t quite as clean as we’d hoped. 「This is the third time we've stayed at this charming cabin with our dog. The location is great, a walk to Chimney Rock and a short drive to Asheville. The stone steps would not be good for someone unsure of their footing. The cabin is well laid out so it feels roomy and always spotlessly clean. There are two ample screened porches, front and back, so pup has a lot of room to roam around. Definitely recommend.」

「Cool little cabin in a great location. It's secluded and quiet. It has a nice little outdoor area for a fire. Close to several cool outdoor activities. We spent several nights. We went to Mt. Mitchel, Chimney Rock State Park, The Biltmore, and several hikes and overlooks on the Blueridge Parkway. The host was a great communicator. Experience was excellent!」

「I really hate to share this gem… we travel a lot and this was by far the best cabin experience ever!! The landscaping was immaculate upon arriving. Inside the cabin is home away from home, just bring food and clothing to enjoy. Clean and comfortable! We will definitely be back.」
