「The location was just as described, the beach was just over the dune! Nice and quiet. We were there to visit our kids so it was a perfect place for us to stay after a long day. Only thing I would mention is that there is no closet space or drawers for clothes. Minor for the two of us, who hasn't lived out their suitcase once or twice. 「This condo's location was excellent...a semi-oceanfront unit with a large space for 4 adults. The beds were comfy and the condo met all our needs. Because the beach at The Point is incredibly wide, the haul from the condo to the water's edge (we tried both beach accesses) took 8 minutes so be sure to pack what you need for your day on the beach. Love that it's not crowded whatsoever!」

「The condo was very clean and updated nicely, beds were very comfy. We stayed here just for one night while we visited friends and it met all our needs. Neighbors were quiet and we were all able to get a good night's sleep. The only slightly misleading thing was the beach access: I thought it was adjacent to the property, but it's actually across the road--there is a crossing with lights, however. 「Great location, first floor so not many stairs to climb. We had my mil who has a bad knee with us and it was perfect location for her. Very well kept condo. Very responsive when we had a question. 「We really enjoy staying at this condo complex. It's so convenient to the beach and other attractions on the isle. There was plenty of room for my parents, my husband and I, and our two kids (7 and 4). Make sure to bring your own shampoo, body soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent. The curtains in the master bedroom are shear and don't block much light. Other than that, a very comfortable stay.」

「First time staying here, both at this condo and at this beach. No issues. Clean and convenient. We could see the ocean from the front windows. Chose this property based on proximity to the beach.
