Etablissement très propre, les employés sont aimables et serviables. La qualité de la chambre et salle de bain très bien. Frigo, coffre, service de lavage de linge très rapide. Petit déjeuner correct. Le restaurant est bien nous avons eu l'occasion d'y manger plusieurs fois. et pas très cher.

Pior hotel salta-Funcionários bebados e agressivos

No dia da virada de ano, o Hotel foi abandonado, ficamos trancados para o lado de fora, sujeitos a ação de criminosos, e ainda, várias hospedes que queria sair, ficaram trancados para o lado de dentro do hotel. O funcionário MATIAS que depois apareceu ao local, estava alcoolizado, estava com uma mulher e uma criança, não se sabe o que estava fazendo, se estava nos quartos praticando sexo, visto que estava bebado. Foi extremamente grosseiro com os hóspedes e não apresentou nenhuma justificativa do porque trancou o hotel e desapareceu na recepção. Visualizamos depois na recepção resquícios de garrafas de bebida alcóolica, que o Sr. MATIAS havia ingerido, bem como a mulher que estava com ele. Por esta razão esse hotel não é recomendado, funcionários bebados e mal educados, com tratamento grosseiro, principalmente por sermos brasileiros. Então brasileiros, fujam do hotel luxor, é uma furada. Mais uma coisa, a garagem fica a 3 quadras do hotel e quando fomos tirar os veículos para sair na cidade a garagem estava chaveada. Um total absurdo.

Desastroso. NO HABIA AGUA

Llegamos y nos dijeron no habia agua y lo solucionarian. Nos fuimos a pasear entonce Dieron agua por un rato y lllegamos de cenar y ya no habia agua otra vez. Encima tuvimos que pagar tarifa completa como si hubiesen dado un buen servicio.Además super ruidosa la habitacion y la ventana del baño no cerraba. El gerente o dueño nunca dio la cara. Los pobres chicis de mostrador ya no sabian que decirle a la gente. Yo nunca me hubiese quedado si hubiese sabido que no iba a haber agua.Me equivoqué al confiar. NO VAYAN! Poco serios.

Buen hotel solo si vas en auto.

El hotel es muy bello y cómodo, pero no está listo para el turismo vía excursiones. El desayuno comienza a las 6:30 y es la misma hora cuando los tour te pasan a buscar. FInalmente terminas desayunando intranquilo, apurado. Y eso no es ideal en vacaciones. No solo que te mencionan que comienza 6:30, sino que si uno bajaba 6:15 el desayuno estaba listo, pero justo hasta 6:30 en punto trapeaban el lugar y no te dejaban desayunar aún teniendo el cafe delante tuyo.

Buena atención, limpieza y ubicación...

El hotel se encuentra a la vuelta de la Catedral, por lo tanto la ubicación es ideal. Además, el trato del personal fue excelente, nos dejaron utilizar las instalaciones del hotel hasta que partimos. Las habitaciones son muy buenas y limpias. Sin duda es un hotel muy recomendable.
