I had an amazing stay, the staff were so friendly and accommodating! the Continental Breakfast was incredible with eggs and sausage, waffles, bagels and toast with cream cheese and jam, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, cereal with milk, coffee and 3 types of juice!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. 20 minutes from downtown. Very close to the airport. I would definitely stay here again. The restaurant attached to the hotel was outstanding.

The room didn’t seem clean when I arrived. Some things were in need of repair but still worked (minus internet). I didn’t see any trash cans around the lobby, so there were drinks/containers left sitting on occasion. The snack/drink station in the lobby was also quite bare. The bed/pillows were comfortable. And anytime I needed something, the staff was more than happy to assist. They even let me into the fitness room after hours so I could use the water fill station.

Staff was amazing! Rooms were well maintained. The only three complaints I have are the parking spots are so narrow that I could barely get in or out of my car, the showers had little to no water pressure and also there is a stove top but no pots or pans or silverware, spatulas etc. I was able to rent a pan but there were no utensils to use to cook anything. Also, the website said you could rent a toaster but the front desk said that there wasn’t. Regardless of my small complaints, I would stay there again and again. 4.5 stars out of 5.

We were given a dirty room when we arrived that wasn’t cleaned. Dirty towels everywhere, the last customers garbage inside, dirty bathroom. When we told the front desk they quickly gave us a new room but did not offer any condolences. Our new room was clean however the fridge smelled very bad every time we opened it which stunk up the room and this was very unpleasant. Breakfast was nothing special. Fake watery scrambled eggs and sausage. General cleanliness of our room was not up to standard and the hallways smelled like fish.

When we checked in the staff was excellent! I give them 5 stars! Our room, being 2 women alone traveling was iffy, we stayed in the right side of the hotel, which are two in one. The giant 2 inch Crack at the bottom of the door or the fact that the door didn't close

I changed my rating solely based off of the customer service representative who helped us. Krish was the front desk/manager who helped my husband and I get our refund and had excellent customer service in resolving our issue. He was as very helpful, responsive and friendly and because of this I changed the 1 star to a 3 solely based off of him. Other than that the property needs maintenance.

The staff was wonderful. They were nice. They explained everything and they’re there 24 hours a day so you don’t have to worry about not having anybody to go to. They have great amenities. The room was clean and it was quiet. We’ll stay again.

The room was very dated, but tastefully updated, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was traveling with a dog, (who stayed in a crate) and the room was very large and roomy. The AC was very quiet which was nice - I had a full size refrigerator microwave and hot plate!; and a TV guide that I could actually understand! Breakfast was very nice also. I would definitely stay again.

The room was hot, and the AC wouldn’t go lower. Couldn’t open a window to get some air, so it was just suffocating. No elevator which was a bummer for having as much stuff as we had. Breakfast was good, and the two on site restaurants were also good. Pool was closed due to maintenance. It looked like the closed sign had been up for a while. That was a huge bummer because we chose the place solely because it had a pool for our kids to swim. Despite these complaints it was a decent room and staff were all kind.

Stayed here for a short trip. The room had the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay, and the location near the airport was convenient. However, the property was much more dated than the photos suggest. The room showed signs of age, there were spider webs in some areas, and the floors appeared to need a thorough mopping. While the room was functional, the overall cleanliness and upkeep could be improved. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly place to sleep near the airport, it may meet your needs, but don’t expect the rooms to match the online pictures.
