Just east of Trolley Square, the charming houses on Windsor Street, were the original Nantucket shot-gun houses for Trolley Square employees working at the Trolley/Bus Station. 15 minutes or less to major hospitals, our duplex is a unique, colorful and functional space that includes all the amenities for a perfect stay. Handsomely furnished one-bedroom, one-bath unit, complete with a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining area, washer & dryer, smart TV, & super fast WiFi. No pets.
No parties or extra guests. Guest will be charged the full security deposit in the event of any parties or extra guests, regardless of any damages.

Waivo® Damage Waiver
If You have purchased a Waivo® Damage Waiver (“Waiver”) then the following terms and conditions are now part of Your vacation rental agreement.
AGREEMENT On behalf of Alpenglow Property Rentals, the party authorized to rent the vacation rental property and the owner of the vacation rental property, Waivo has assumed the responsibility for damages as outlined below up to $1,500, $2,000 and/or $3,000, the Waiver limit purchased by or for You, the renter, for your stay at the vacation rental property. Waivo is hereby responsible for direct damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of Your acts or omissions. Waivo will reimburse the lesser of the cost of repairs or the cost to replace the property up to $1,500, $2,000 and/or $3,000. This Waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter for items outside of Waivo’s responsibilities. This is not an agreement to provide insurance.
EXCLUSIONS This Waiver will not reimburse for theft, or damages resulting from: Acts of God Prior damage, cosmetic damage, marring or normal wear and tear Loss of use of the vacation rental property Rodent, termite, infestation, or wild animal Damage to a motorized vehicle Fine art, collectibles, or sets of items Consequential loss This Waiver will not reimburse for damage or theft of property owned by You. This Waiver will not reimburse for costs associated with odor, debris removal, backups of sewers and drains, clogged plumbing, excess trash, laundering linens, spa/pool maintenance, landscaping, maintenance or mechanical breakdown.
III. CONDITIONS
Waivo has the sole authority to determine the nature and extent of damages, necessary repairs, and eligibility for the Waiver. Waivo reserves the right to determine if damage is eligible for reimbursement at actual cash value. This Waiver will reimburse for assembly of replacement furniture up to a maximum amount of $50.00 US Dollars. This Waiver is only effective for a one-time single continuous stay, for which You purchased the Waiver. It takes effect when You occupy the vacation rental property and terminates when You depart the same vacation rental property. This Waiver is only effective if damage is reported to Waivo by You, the property manager, the online travel agent or the owner of the vacation rental property within 14 days of Your departure from the vacation rental property. Waivo will not respond to damage under $50 US Dollars. If there is a dispute related to these terms, mediation is required before any party may file litigation. In the event of litigation, all parties waive the right to a jury trial.
DEFINITIONS You, or Your, is the renter of the vacation rental property and includes the renter’s spouse, children and any other person You invited on to the vacation rental property during your stay.

We had a busy 3 days, in SLC for a conference with much to do. Comfortable place to return to, workable kitchen and close to downtown, Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods for groceries. Drew is an attentive host, great with communication. Very nice location.
Loved to walk to parks and restaurants nearby this home. Exactly as advertised with comfy living quarters for a couple. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pans, dishes etc. loved our stay.
Cute place that is close to the Trolley Mall and public transportation. Easy walk back from the football stadium but I’m glad we took Lyft there. It has everything you need for a quick visit. Nice and clean.
Drew and Julia's cottage-like home is perfectly located for multipurposes. We had to work downtown and had a chance to ski. There is a Wholefoods and Starbucks around the corner, the highway is down the street and it is very quiet for needed rest. Entry and parking is easy and there were the little things that should be there, i.e. pods for laundry, papertowels ect. Most appreciated was they don't wack you with unnecessary fees. We would stay again. Parking

Small unit, sized right for one person or a couple. Stocked kitchen with dishes, cooking implements, and spices. Located on an interior block alley which is very cozy and comfortable to walk on. Nice residential neighborhood with appealing housing and lovely mature trees. Within easy walk to multiple restaurants--I liked Trio the best.
Minor complaints: the toilet was small, wobbly, and tilted to one side, the bathroom door is a sliding door that leaves a slight gap open to the room beyond, and the one of the bedside outlets is non-functional.
Despite that, it did exactly what I wanted and I recommend it to other solo travelers who want to travel to Salt Lake but want to avoid the hectic downtown atmosphere.
Second time staying here. First time it was a quiet place. Close to everywhere we needed to be. Second time, hopefully it was just an isolated incident. House next door had a party. Very loud. I will give them another chance. Hopefully it will be quiet again. Location was perfect. House was cute.
Overall, I found this property to have everything I needed and nothing I didn’t need. I think that the location being close to the Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s was one of the key factors for me as I don’t rent a car when I’m in town for work and walking two places is really important so I don’t have to eat out all the time. The house is an older place like many of the other similar properties on this app for that area, but it was nicely decorated and updated. I felt safe there although there were some houses on the street that seem to be a little downtrodden. No big deal for me but just thought I would mention that here not any fault of the property management or owner. I felt safe the entire time communication with our host was great.
Great neighborhood, close to some really nice restaurants within walking distance. The place is cute but is a bit funky. Easy communication with the owners.
Our stay was great. Very convenient neighborhood . We used Whole Foods to provision and had lunch in 9th and 9th district at East Liberty Tap house. The home is well equipped and very tastefully decorated .
