Parking & Access Parking-- You can park in the garage is your vehicle fits! PLEASE do not hit the hot tub by pulling in too far. (GARAGE SIZE IS : 8.75' W x 8' H and 14' Deep). If you vehicle does not fit inside the garage you can park in front of the unit temporaily to unload but then there is NO parking in front of the unit. All vehicles must be parked on 300 West. It is free street parking anywhere on 300 West. YOU WILL BE TOWED IF YOU PARK IN FRONT OF THE UNIT.

This is in a townhome complex, but it is newer, and the walls are well-insulated.
Other things to note Utah has a high desert climate. As such, house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs are usually seen more during seasonal changes, such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the property's cleanliness.
