「Lipstick on a pig. You can tell the property has been updated in the last decade but the property is in disrepair and not well maintained.’. In my guest room on the 4th floor there was plaster patched sizable holes in the walls that hadn’t been sanded or painted. Towel hooks in bathroom not properly secured. Doors/walls not squared and would open/close on their own depending on position. Stains on carpeting. Lobby area was dirty and furniture was very industrial. Breakfast options were minimal....
