「The room was spacious, comfortable, and very quiet. There were no noises from elevators, doors, hallways, or traffic. Made for a wonderful night’s sleep.」

「Nice place to stay! Would stay there again.」

「Thank you for issuing a refund when I accidentally canceled my original booking. I really appreciated it. However, the hotel also canceled my new booking and refunded both reservations. I only noticed this just before my stay. Fortunately, a room was still available, so I was able to stay as planned.」
