This apartment is only for families. A large living area of the dining area, fully equipped kitchen appliances, including oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The apartment consists of 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (all of them with a shower).

Capacity: These apartments have a maximum capacity of 9 people. In no case may the maximum capacity established be exceeded. Arrival/Departure: The time of entry to the apartments is from 5:00 p.m. On the day of departure, the guest must vacate the property before 10:00 a.m. Seasonal pool open from 1st june to 15th october. The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check in: 1.1 EUR per person per night (departure day not included) (adults up tp 17 years old). Applicable for a maximum of 7 days. Parking included in the price. Crib: 6 EUR per baby per night. Pets are not allowed. Reservations from youth groups are accepted. The rules of coexistence must be respected and the neighbours must not be disturbed. Noise: The guest must maintain a respectful and considerate behavior towards other guests and neighbors at all times, and try to keep the volume of their conversations, televisions and music moderate so as not to disturb others.
