Villa Tropical is a spacious, attractive, bright villa with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea, the rugged surroundings of the Costa Tropical and the picturesque white town of Salobreña, which is built at the foot of a giant rock and crowned by an imposing Moorish castle that is enchantingly illuminated at night.
The villa owes its name to the lush, tropical vegetation that surrounds the villa and keeps it shady and cool in summer. The villa is suitable for 6 guests and an extra 2 people can be accommodated if the sofa bed is used.
On the ground floor of the villa is the spacious, bright living room with separate sitting and dining areas. Adjacent to the living room is a tasteful, semi-open kitchen which has been completely renovated this year and comes equipped with all the modern kitchen appliances you may need. The master bedroom with a modern en suite bathroom and patio doors to a terrace, is also located on this floor.
There are two bedrooms on the lower floor which share a family bathroom. This floor has a spacious TV room with a pool table and the sofa bed is also in this room. From here you can access the terrace with sunbeds, sitting area and the private heated infinity swimming pool (6.5 m x 3.5 m). There is a large, covered porch area with a big table, an outdoor kitchen with fridge and BBQ making it the perfect place for family meals.
On the top floor there is the laundry room with washing machine and dryer and access to a roof terrace with a rotary clothesline.
The villa has a garage underneath the villa for 1 car and there are 2 covered parking spaces next to the entrance to the villa’s garden.
The villa has WIFI, air conditioning and heating in every room.
Villa Tropical is located on the beautiful hill Monte de los Almendros. The hillside recreation area is within walking distance. During the summer months, guests have free use of the communal tennis court, a large swimming pool, a children's pool, a football pitch, a playground and a small eatery.
The beach, restaurants and shops are less than a 10-minute drive away. The airports of Malaga, Granada or Almeria are easily accessible. There are many things to see and do in the vicinity of this beautiful villa: the Sierra Nevada ski resort, which is also great for hiking, is less than a 75-minute drive away, so you can ski in the morning (December to December). April) and relax in the afternoon on the beach or by the pool. There is a golf course 10 minutes’ drive away which is right on the beach. The picturesque mountain villages of Las Alpujarras are nearby as well as the beautiful cities of Granada with the world-famous Alhambra Palaces and Malaga with its Old Town, Cathedral and Picasso Museum.
Salobreña benefits from the subtropical microclimate with more than 300 days of sunshine a year and an average temperature of over 20 degrees C. May 1 to September 30: 125 euros per week
The costs for heating from 28 degrees are 25 euros per degree per week
