The villa is well connected and is located barely 100 km away from the major regional airports of Malaga and Granada. The access to the Monte de los Almendros neighbourhood is easy, since it is close to the N-340 national road, which connects Malaga with Almería. It is also just a few kilometers to the beautiful coastal towns Salobreña and Almuñecar and their unique beaches.

Guests of the villa have free access to the close-by (about 1,5km) recreational area of the Monte de los Almendros neighbourhood. It is consisting of a large swimming pool for adults, another smaller pool for children, a little playground, a tennis court and a football field. There is also a bar, which opens during the sommer month.
