「Comfortable, clean room and modern bathroom in a good location for exploring Faro old town. The electronic check in was easy and convenient too. There’s a kitchen area that guests can use, a small ground floor outdoor space and a roof top terrace. I only stayed one night but would recommend if you’re spending a few days in Faro. 」

「I loved my stay at the Oakmoon. I was the only one there for two days, so I had free use of my spacious room, plus the open-plan full kitchen and living room area and the funky little interior patio with hand-painted mural. The house is on a narrow street of mostly private homes and a few bars and restaurants and close to plenty of other restaurants, shops, the marina, cathedral, laundromat, etc. Sarah, the house manager, is friendly and very helpful, if you need anything. 」

「Pros, the room was very clean and new, pillows and mattress were very comfortable, towels were thick and absorbing, air conditioning worked well, there were water bottles and coffees pods in the room, the community kitchen had microwave, fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle, utensils. Location was walkable to beach and old town. 「Wonderful spot to relax and very close to everything for exploring including the Faro train station. The only thing is the owner acts like paying guest are an inconvenience and anytime you ask for anything he is quite irritated. 」
