"The hotel was nice enough and our room was clean. However there were problems with the doors. The entrance door rubbed so tightly on the floor that you had to put your whole back to it to open or shut it. The bathroom door would swing closed unless blocked. The shower doors wanted to slide open. The AC wasn’t working when we arrived. We had to reset the GFI to get it to work. Then it operated but made the room humid. So, though the whole place was clean and nice, I wasn’t so impressed. We told the staff and they seemed unconcerned."

"We booked this hotel for a baseball tournament with boys who were so excited about the pool. We go downstairs to see a sign that said pool is closed until summer 2026. It’s June 7 and upper 90s temps. There was no notification on the site that the pool was closed or we would not have booked there. The elevator was broke and we were on the 4th floor, so had to load everything up and down 4 floors of stairs. The hallway temp was set on 81… again… it’s 90s outside and had played baseball all day in the heat to have the temps hot in the hotel. And, No one came in to clean or restock our towels and we were there 2 nights. If it was just one inconvenience, I wouldn’t be leaving a review… but the multiple inconveniences should be shared as a warning to others looking to reserve this hotel. There are several other hotels in this same area I would highly recommend looking into over this one. It was an extremely disappointing stay."
