This cozy space accommodates up to five people. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom, an equipped kitchen, and parking for two vehicles. Ideal for resting after a day at the beach and getting out of the routine. Located in the tourist area of LaPlaya de Salinas. Steps from the house you will find varied cuisine, fishing, water sports and more. Just minutes from Express #52, Salinas Speedway, hospital, supermarkets, pharmacies and other convenience stores.
Guest access
All guests have access to the entire house and patio with the exception of the third room which is not included in the listing and is exclusively for the staff.
Other things to note
If the group exceeds 5 people, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate them or refer them to another associated accommodation. You can also have special amenities like DECORATIONS or AMENITIES at an additional cost. We want you to feel at home.

What I like is the variety of restaurants that are at walking distance from the property, the easy access to main roads. The property has everything you need if you want to stay in. Since this is a tropical area the property is equipped with excellent air conditioning.

It was a beautiful experience. I felt like I was at home. I loved the hospitality of the owner on the phone, always making sure we didn't miss anything. very kind. Everything was very clean and close to restaurants and the beach. They are on my favorites list.

This was a cute little house. We definitely got the local feel that we wanted! When I booked it stated that there was a hot tub, there wasn't. It stated that the beach, shopping and dining was within walking distance. It definitely was but the options were extremely limited. There wasn't any uber or taxi service in the entire area so walking was the only option & most everything was a 20 min walk.

Clean home, quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxation. Host was very responsive which made check in go very smoothly. Definitely recommend!
