"My family and I very much enjoyed our short holiday in the Camargue. I guess we were lucky with the October sunshine and the comfortable temperature and although I personally ventured into the pool only once, my three grandsons made full use of this facility. The house itself was ideal for the six of us, plenty of space inside and out allowing the kids to run around and make noise and me to find a quieter space with a book and a glass of wine. "The troglodyte house was exactly as described - made from a cave set in teh side of a hill. It was comfortable and well furnished, and we received a very warm welcome from the owners. The balcony with its view over Saint Chamas was the best part. The house is well situated for exploring Provence but if you're hiring a car, don't choose anything too big - the lanes leading to the property are narrow and the parking is best-suited to a small-medium car!"

"Séjour pas top j’ai réservé pour une nuit à 6 et j’aurai pas dormi une nuit de plus ! La propreté laisse à désirer cafards dans les pièces de l’appartement même dans le frigo et nous avons été envahi de mouches se qui est très désagréable.De plus au bord de la piscine impossible de bronzé sans se faire dérangé par des bestioles et pour finir mon fils s’est fait piqué au visage par un taon qui tourne autour de la piscine. Pas de four mais un mini lave vaisselle pas vraiment utile "

"We loved our stay. Apartment was clean, bright and spacious with a very functional kitchen that includes a dishwasher. Perfect place to cook after exploring the market. Walkable to everywhere in Arles but a few blocks off the louder areas so quiet at night."

Endroit calme, Emplacement correct , plage proche, mais 1 fausse note qui gache un peu tout...les rejets de gaz brûlés des cheminees d'usine situees a environ 3 kms nord est....suivant le sens du vent, certains matins, impossible d'etre dehors. Dommage"

"The staff member at check in was friendly and welcoming. It was close to grocery stores, a laundrimatte and food. Whilst basic, it was clean and large enough for my family of four and our luggage. It was an easy drive to Arles and Avignon. We wpuld stay here again. "

"Our 3 night stay at Arles Plaza was fantastic. The family room was a lovely size for 2 adults. The bed was comfortable, the a/c was quiet and a pleasant temperature. The room was cleaned and tidied everyday and coffee pods replenished. The mini fridge was useful. There were free drinking water fountains dotted around aswell as glass and plastic recyling points.The pool was divine with always enough loungers and space to swim. The reception staff were polite and professional. The atmosphere was calm and tranquil. There were free retro computer games and a pool table. The location was perfect for drives out to the ornithological park and other areas of the Camargue. Also it was 7-10min walk to the old town/amphitheatre in Arles."

"That was one of the most terrible stay for a long time, When we arrived the receptionist told me i have to check in via the checking computer but it didn’t work after 20 of trying he came and said it not working i will do it manually, that was not kind at all, 2 NO safe, NO fridge, NO phone, air conditioner working poorly, with the temp we were sweating all night, 3 next we went to take breakfast it was 9:05am the receptionist asked if we booked the breakfast i said no she then I can’t accept you!!! Since you didn’t book before 9:00 I offered even to pay in cash unfortunately she refused although i told her no one gave us the information before. 4 last day at 9:00 am some one was knocked at the door, I opened and the lady told just to remind you to leave the room at 12:00 noon, I was really surprised by this behavior. She could have came a little later. The employees were really very young and seem not to know about the hospitaly job. It really unfortunate and i am really disappointed. Maybe the only positive point is the lactation of the Hotel very close to the marina and nice restaurants around luckily we were very well served."

"Check in was fast. We had a few issues with the key card, this was fixed by giving us a proper key, problem solved. The room was small but perfectly formed, and clean. Aircon worked well. The pool area was nice, a lovely escape from the heat of the day. We arrived by motorbike. They had plenty of parking, and the gate locks at night (they give you a code so you can get in and out. There's a supermarket with 24hr laundry facilities in less than a 5 minute walk. Be warned, the supermarket closes earlier than the opening hours state. I would go back again "
