And there is a small balcony on the second floor with a stunning view. The host and property manager were very helpful and quick to respond! A aucun moment ns n'avons eu la possibilité d'un échange avec l'hote avant notre arrivée. Donc aucun moyen de le contacter pour connaître le code de la boîte a clé. "If you are looking for peace and quiet in the country with the sound of cow bells and birds, this is perfect! The home has been lovingly restored by the owners and was very comfortable. The owners were also so lovely and welcoming, even helping us as we got our car stuck on the drive (the drive is steep!) but the view is totally worth it. We would highly recommend!"

"We travelled for a wedding, hoping to have an extended stay to enjoy the warm weather. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great so we were confined to the indoors most days. The villa is lovely, but the living space is a little too cramped, the kitchen/living area is very small and cooking on a one hob stove is difficult. We had hoped to make use of the BBQ in the sun.Check in process was great and Myriam was lovely.Shame the weather dampened our experience a little"

"A very well-appointed property which catered very well for our extended family of 9, ages ranging from 1 to 75. There was ample space for us not to be under each others' feet and enough bathrooms for each family (and a teenage granddaughter!). The outdoor facilities were excellent including the summer kitchen/ barbecue area, the variety of games equipment and (especially) the fabulous swimming pool.There is ample shade around the property for those extremely hot southern French days.Access to the mountains is very easy and they can be seen clearly from the surrounding area.The hosts, Mary-Jo and John are excellent and helpful without being intrusive.As a very rural area car is, of course essential, and shops are a 1- - 15 minute drive away; the baker in St Marcet is, however, worth the morning drive for excellent bread and pastries!.We strongly recommend Chateau Floran"
