The whole stay at the guesthouse was fabulous and fantastic the best treatment and hospitality i have ever had in Jamaica..really wonderful Billy the owner was so so helpful with everything nothing was too much trouble..fantastic host...

Qualité /prix à 100%

Le campus est parfait. Il est situé à 40 min à pieds du centre ville et à 15min par bus (le prix de bus est très raisonnable aussi si vous compter prendre le bus 3fois+ pendant un jour vous pouvez prendre un ticket "Day rider" à 4£ et quelques donc vous pouvez prendre le bus aussi que vous voulez de fois pendant ce jour). Près du campus y a plusieurs place pour déjeuner et un shopping center. Le campus est très propre et plein d'activités aussi il ya un gym gratuit. Le personnel est très sérviable et aimable. Un autre plus c'est le prix qui est parfait pour un tel campus.

It was exactly what we needed for the weekend; a bed. Pillows weren’t very comfy and there was only 2 rolls of toilet roll for the whole flat. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was clean

Bra personal, men man får vad man betalar för. Ingen städning under mina 3 dagar där. Ofräscha toaletter man fick dela med andra gäster. Väldigt lyhört, vaknade ett flertal gånger när andra gäster gick in och ut från rummen(Small väldigt högt i dörrarna när dom stängdes.) Ligger långt från allting men relativt billigt med Uber så var inget problem för mig.

It is cheap, but to be fair...

I try to be fair to leave this comment as I know this is a student accommodation when I booked it and the price was quite cheap. My room was in the 14th floor and the lift can reach only the odd floors. So, if you are carrying heavy items with you, you may need to move up by yourself. To be honest I don't think the room is comfortable enough to have a good rest. There are three major problems. First, it is very dim. There's only one light installed near the desk making other parts of the room very dim. Second, it is located near an A road of the city and the traffic is quite heavy. In addition, the sound proof doesn't seem to insulate the room from the noise. During my stay, I sometimes woke up very early due to the gradual dense traffic. Third, there's no fan nor air-conditioning. It's quite intolerable on those hottest days. I tried to open the window to get some cooler air from outside. The result was I could not fall asleep as it's too noisy. In the first week of my stay, there was a bucket of dirty water (I thought it was the water after sweeping the floor) left in the toilet. It's finally cleaned up after a week. I am not sure if it's a usual practice of the accommodation. The degree of comfort of your stay will also depend on your neighbours. My neighbours did not close their doors softly making loud bangs quite a number of times in the night. You may be waken by that during the night. Lastly, only fast food restaurants are located within walkable distance.

Unfortunately I left my camera in the room, when I noticed it missing I contacted the office by email and by phone which were not manned as it was a Saturday. When I spoke to staff on the Monday they advised the room had been cleaned and there was no camera where I had left it
