Old Farm / guesthouse for 1 or 2 families near Saou, Dieulefit, Grignan
Our home is a renovated 17th-century farmhouse featuring a courtyard, a large garden, and a private chapel.
The property (our secondary residence) is divided into two adjoining homes separated by a shared wall. The neighboring house is occupied year-round by our family, including our youngest son.
The courtyard, chapel, garden, and all outdoor amenities are shared between the two homes. However, the rental house has its own private entrance, private parking area, and private terrace. Guests can enjoy complete privacy and may never encounter the family living next door if they wish.
The house offers very spacious accommodation and includes:
A fully equipped kitchen with enough tableware and cookware to accommodate two or three families A large living room A cozy second lounge located in a vaulted room, featuring a sofa bed and a library Five bedrooms (including a dormitory-style room with one double bed and a bunk bed), two of which have en-suite bathrooms One additional bathroom with a bathtub Two separate toilets, plus one toilet in an en-suite bathroom
The house is perched on a hillside and enjoys breathtaking 360-degree views over the Vercors mountains and the Rhône Valley.
The chapel, courtyard, garden, and outdoor facilities (trampoline, table tennis table, football field, swing set, and barbecue) are available for guests of both homes.
Visitors particularly appreciate the beauty of the surroundings and the peaceful atmosphere. We deeply value this tranquility and, as we live on the property, kindly ask guests to keep outdoor noise to a minimum after 10:30 p.m.
Less than 20 minutes away from climbing spots for all levels : Saou, Pont de barret, Soyans, Eyzahut, Souspierre, Teyssières. Hiking, mountain bike or road bike trail starting directly from the house.
