「The most amazing service I have had at any hotel in the World! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel and the owners. The hotel is beautiful and the service literally could not have been better. We stayed for 3 nights and wish we had booked longer. The rooms are beautiful, the food and drinks were delicious and the pool area is the perfect place to relax. If you are in the area, you must choose this hotel! You will not find more hospitable owners anywhere else in Italy 」

They did an amazing job in this unique architecture and the Palais is located but few meters away from a charming square with restaurants with contemporary yet local menus (Murusanza and Foscolo). Be mindful of the narrow streets and difficult accessibility though.」

「Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Die Hausdame spricht sehr gut Englisch, ist unglaublich hilfsbereit, herzlich und ganz reizend. Das Deluxe Studio ist fantastisch, die Terasse ist riesig. Da es eine Spülmaschine gibt, wäre etwas mehr Besteck wünschenswert. Wir hatten nur 3 Sets. Hinter der Anlage liegt eine Firma mit LKWs die sehr früh mit den Arbeiten beginnt, was durchaus nervig sein kann. Da wir tagsüber unterwegs waren, war uns das egal, wer den Tag auf der sehr schönen Terrassen verbringen will,...

「Hotel is in nice location on the beach. However some staff were a little standoffish & not very attentive. Solo traveller rooms are ok size, beds are small singles not very comfortable. Showers are exceptionally small, I have been on cruise ships with bigger shower space. When door is closed there is very little room to manouvre or wash properly. Location of single rooms right next to lifts, therefore guest movement, children screaming, running along corridor made for a very restless stay. Very...

「This is a lovely hotel situated right on the beach. Everything was in great condition and the view from our room was stunning. Although lots of places had closed down after the end of September, we still enjoyed the area and there was lots to do in Galipoli, a short drive away. Sylvia is the real star of the hotel and goes out of her way to make sure everyone is welcomed and taken care of during their stay. We felt like part of the family. Thank you.」
