Large Private Guest House with Lake Views

About this space
Just 36 miles north of Boston/Logan Airport. Enjoy lake views from this above garage private entrance guest house. Two private bedrooms (one queen one full) with an additional queen futon. The unit is clean & comfortable with 2 smart tv's & WIFI. A Keurig, microwave, mini-fridge/freezer. In season, explore the lake using available kayaks/paddleboard. Parking for 3 cars. 2 public beaches on the lake. Minutes from Canobie Lake Park & Tuscan Village shops. There are 5 wedding venues within 5 miles including Labelle Winery, Birch Wood Vineyards, Searles Castle, Castleton and Atkinson CC. Just a short drive to NH seacoast, white mountains, foliage, and skiing.
The space
This is a large private above garage guest house. There are two private bedrooms (one queen bed and one full) and there is a queen size futon bed in an additional room. The bathroom is accessed through the room with the futon. This unit does not have a full kitchen.

Must be at least 21 years of age to check-in. Unit is 100% private. Climbing stairs is required to enter the unit. You must walk through the room with the futon in it to access the bathroom. This unit does not have a full kitchen. Feel free to use our kayaks or paddle board to explore the lake. Happy to provide suggestions on day trips, restaurants and shopping....just ask!

We had a wonderful stay at the lake house! It was snow season so we didn't get to enjoy the kayaks, but the views were beautiful and Chris was very friendly.
