「Location was excellent for us but this is overpriced for what it is, basic. Some gardening and sweeping out the front would provide a better welcome. Entry via a garage roller door is novel but functional, then we were met with the BBQ area with a multitude of chairs and a very dusty table. 「I think the family who own this house love it and want others to also enjoy it. The bedding, cushions, toiletries , ornaments are all lovely. Air conditioning great as is fenced back yard. Position great, excellent Thai restaurant down the road. But the house is a major trip hazard. Virtually every room has a different level floor. As older people we found it terrifying. 「House is MASSIVE and perfect for families with teenagers. Downstairs has 2 double bedrooms, laundry and teens tv lounge. Upstairs open plan, modern furniture, bright outlook onto 8 seater dining/bbq area. Excellent lighting throughout the property. Amazing view of the sea and Tomaree. 「The cleanliness was not up to standard. Cobwebs on kitchen cupboards, dead bugs /dust/ old liquid spills through cupboards. Floors dirty . Especially with such a late check in of 4pm I atleast expected it to be clean Also needs at least airconditioning in living areas Other then that , we did love the property 」
