Beautiful location at the Horizons Golf Resort. This is a peaceful and tranquil location, with fantastic views from all levels of the lake and golf course.
Spacious two story townhouse with large bedrooms, master bedroom has its own balcony with comfortable lounge chairs.

Nature abounds at your front door with afternoon visits from kangaroos,5 min walk to the local beach, and access to kilometres of walking trails. Also don't forget a world class golf course just at the front door with a putting green in your front yard. First class clubhouse with full bar and restaurant facilities 100 metres away.

This has been our private holiday home and we are now opening the holiday home for guests. We want guests to enjoy family time as we have included a board games pack and a small library if you would like to rest and just read a book on the balcony and just relax. The Salamander Bay shopping centre is 5 mins away, beaches 10 mins and restaurants close by at Nelson’s Bay or Soldiers Point.

Spectacular get away

Wonderful views, great host, magnificent golf course and great location.We loved the spacious town house and veranda.The convenience of a clubhouse for a meal and drink. So friendly, our fur baby was made welcome.Lots of amazing wild life and walks. Central to everything.

As a family with older sons, we had a wonderful stay. Very roomy, all amenities that we needed. Would have been great to be able to use the BBQ and get Netflix on the TV but these are only minor things. Access to the golf course amazing. Thank you.

Great family weekend away

Thanks Craig and Amanda for a wonderful long weekend away. Gorgeous views every morning and evening of kangaroos and wildlife. During the day we watched many golfers and/or spent time with family at the local beaches 10 mins away. Shops and restaurants/cafes/clubs all very close. Plenty of space inside the townhouse for family dinner and place for grandkids to play on the grass out the back. Facilities in the resort itself need upgrading, but it didn’t bother us as we didn’t use them. I believe these are in the plans for the resort Looking forward to coming back. Thanks Tracey & Sid

Front door had tape holding lock together. Kitchen; old broken fridge still there, dated appliances, poorly equipped.Bathroom not clean.Bed lined very crumpled.Air conditioning dated and not particularly effective.Internal doors did not close correctly.

Very good

The accommodation and location was incredible, the only thing myself and others I was staging with were a little bummed about was that the pool and spa weren’t available but the listing said there was a pool and spa. Not a major deal but would’ve liked to know that. Other wise incredibly happy with everything else.

Dirty villa

Villa in a great position on golf coarse but was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed at. Kitchen blinds have never been cleaned dishwasher smelly and fan over stove was disgusting again never been cleaned. Windows dirty and villa very dusty. And to top it all off found silver fish in bedroom and had to fumigate luggage on return home. Advise do not stay. Villa is in need of renovation.

Old and tired

Good location and outlook but the unit really needs a major update. We complained to the owner on the first day about the BBQ not having a gas bottle and the front screen door wouldn't shut. The owner replied he'd had a fire with a pervious tenant and would not provide one. This was disputed by neighbors neighbors. We were told a tradeperson would look at the door first thing Monday, no one came. The kitchen only had a small 2 burner cook top and small microwave, no stove, oven or griller. The owner tried to compensate for lack of facilities with a small electric grill and air fryer which were filthy. The unit was advertised as 2 bathroom's, there was only 1 with a cracked toilet and one separate toilet. When we arrived the unit was dirty, long black hair in bathroom sink, short black hair in bathroom and other rooms. Under bed rubbish and neurofen tablets, so glad we saw them before our puppy did. Would not recommend this property to anyone. Regards Bill and Jill
