"Overall this hotel give us a comfort and convenience experience. They provide us everyday welcome drink coffee are very high quality. We also enjoyed the seasonal dessert strawberry parfait with only 2500 yen. However this hotel hasn’t laundry facilities. "

"飯店地點方便，樓下就是車站和百貨公司，對面就有24小時營業的藥妝店，車站的地下街也是很多可以逛，附近吃東西也選擇很多。購物缺點唯一就是離唐吉訶德比較遠，但不影響。入住前就有看到評論說房間就聽得到列車的聲音，這次住23樓，確實是聽得到，但依我們的感覺就像是白噪音那種程度，沒有大聲到影響睡眠，入住的兩位都沒有因為電車聲而被吵醒。隔音不錯，除了電車的聲音，沒有聽到其他房客的聲音，只有很少的開關門聲。房間空間很夠大，窗邊還有沙發可以看夜景，照明有足元燈選項可以當小夜燈很不錯。樓層梯廳有提供製冰機和微波爐，電梯都來的很快，不太需要等很久。這次辦入住時的櫃台服務人員很親切，解說也很有耐心。下次有機會的話會再考慮入住。"

"Loved my stay at the Prince Smart in Nagoya! Friendly, helpful staff, great selection of amenities and the rooms were perfectly sized and very clean. Location was brilliant, centre of town, 2 minute walk from the nearest subway and using the subway about 10 mins from the main Nagoya Station. Would absolutely recommend this hotel - nice walk to Osu Kannon Shrine, surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores and in close proximity to all experiences. Perfect value for money - my favourite of all the hotels I stayed at in Japan. Would return immediately and woukd recommend to anyone travelling to Nagoya."

Drug store right next door. The restaurant downstairs serves great food, great music/vibe, ambience with friendly staff."
