It also would have been helpful to have soap available for handwashing, as I arrived at midnight and needed to go to a nearby convenience store to purchase one. The room is acceptable, though it is older and different from the one shown in the photos. In terms of cleanliness, dust, strands of hair in various areas, and a few cockroaches. The furniture also appears quite worn, with noticeable scratches, cracks, and chips, and may benefit from replacement. On a positive note, Gigi was very kind and attentive."

"First and foremost the staff is great here. Additionally the location is perfect in regards to the airport. I have noted that the last several stays here the gym - specifically 1 of the 2 treadmills - have been inoperative. Lastly one of the machines in the laundry had been out of order. As for the rooms - the last two stays here have been quite satisfactory."

"Terrible experience. The listing on Expedia is nowhere close to the actual condition of the unit. The unit is very old and poorly maintained. The utensils were rusty, the scissors were too dull to cut anything, the toilet bidet would not shut off properly, and the shower drain was clogged. Check-in was acceptable, although it required some waiting before everything was set up. However, the check-out process was very inconvenient. They require a staff member to sign a release form before check-out can be completed. I requested a 9:45 AM check-out time, and the representative I was speaking with (Kyla) agreed. At 10:00 AM, I followed up to ask where the staff member who needed to sign the form was. She repeatedly said that the staff was on the way but could not provide an exact ETA. Later she said the staff would arrive at 10:30 AM, but the person only arrived at 10:50 AM. This was more than an hour past the agreed check-out time. It was very unacceptable that we were made to wait inside the unit for over an hour when we could have planned our time better if they had provided an accurate ETA. Overall the main concern here is their Expedia posting and the actual unit. Modern unit based on the posting, while the unit provided is a completely an old condo, which requires maintenance, reno, and replacement of the kitchenwares "
