「Excellent customer service and very helpful」

「Overall, the hotel is nice and the staff are very, very friendly. Unfortunately, the shower head was terrible and after a long, sweaty day of walking, I was less than thrilled to use it. There were some holes in the duvet cover. Minor things that could make a big difference. But as I mentioned, the staff were very friendly and welcoming.」

「Mia hotel everything was perfect for me more staff was kind and breakfast was good」

「Ok」
