Restored cottage with shared pool and air conditioning in Dordogne Valley

A former tobacco drying barn, restored with respect for its heritage. This single-story house, adjoining another gîte, is equipped with reversible air conditioning. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, four-burner ceramic hob, and fridge-freezer, as well as a living room with TV and internet access. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190cm) and one with two single beds (90x190cm), a shower room with walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Garden furniture and a griddle are available on the covered terrace in front of the gîte. The 1000m² garden is open to the property and is not fenced.

Two friendly dogs live on the property.
Baby equipment is available: cot, high chair, baby bath, changing mat, baby bouncer, and potty.
Linens, electricity, and heating are included. Sheets are €14 per bed per change. Towels €5/person/change. End-of-stay cleaning €50. In the heart of the Dordogne Valley, relaxation and leisure await you with the shared swimming pool (for 2 people), measuring 6.45m x 3.70m, 1.45m deep, with a flat bottom, secured by an electric cover, open from May to October and unheated. Enjoy the view of the verdant valley from the water.

You will appreciate the many architectural treasures of our heritage, just a few kilometers from Sarlat and the must-see sites of the Périgord Noir. You can visit the Lascaux 4 International Centre for Cave Art in Montignac in the Vézère Valley, the castles of the Dordogne Valley, Rocamadour and the Padirac Cave in the Lot region, or enjoy outdoor activities with numerous hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, or canoeing trails (trailheads start from the gîte and the river is 1 km away). Four adult bicycles (mountain or city) are available.
