Outside, a private, unfenced garden bordered by a hedge provides a peaceful space to relax in the fresh air. It is equipped with sun loungers and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying the sunny days.

Practical Information
Pets: Permitted only with the owner’s prior approval.
Bed linen and towels: Available as an optional extra.
Final cleaning: An additional fee of €90 applies.
Security deposit: €1,500, payable upon arrival.
Tourist tax: Payable in addition. The amount varies depending on the length of stay, rental price and number of guests aged over 18.
Booking deposit: 25% of the rental amount, payable at the time of booking.
Departure requirements: The house must be left in immaculate condition, and all rubbish bins must be emptied.
Key return: The keys must be returned to the agency by 10:00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure.
Parties and noise: Parties and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited.
