Lots of charm for this House in the heart of the village, which has just been classified 2 * by the Tourist Office, typically Provencal with its exposed beams, its light and airy space, within the historic perimeter of the Tour Carrée and its 12th century church century, its night craft markets, feet in the water 3 minutes from the house with its beach in the city center, the port, take the shuttle boat (every 20 minutes) very pleasant crossing to visit St Tropez, or the Porquerolles, Port Cros or Levant islands, or the bay of the canoubiers with Brigitte Bardot's house guided tour with the shuttle. The sea theater offers musical, cultural, artistic, gastronomic events throughout the year, exhibition halls and other events. The car is not essential, a garage 2 minutes from the house offers you the possibility of not driving during your stay in Sainte Maxime. Composed of a bright living room-living room with TV, internet card connection box, equipped kitchen, two bedrooms 1 with 1 double bed 1 large closet and 1 chest of drawers, the second with 2 beds, 1 large closet and 1 chest of drawers, a bathroom with shower and two separate toilets, one upstairs. THE HOUSE IS AIR-CONDITIONED, AND HAS DOUBLE GLAZING.
Let yourself be guided day and night through its pedestrian alleys, the old town has kept the picturesque character of a small port and let yourself be charmed by the architecture of fishermen's houses with colorful facades

Was surprised that towels and sherrs were going to cost an extra 20 euros per person. I thought that vrbo listed only properties that provided linens and towels..

Es war einfach wunderschön!

Wir waren 1 Woche in Saint Maxime. Die Wohnung ist 5 min zum Strand. Geschäfte, Cafés sind fußläufig erreichbar. Auch Livemusik haben wir genossen. Die Gastgäberin ist sehr nett. Vielen Dank. Wir kommen wieder!

Wonderful stay, very spacious apartment.

Two sets of stairway's, first upon entering about 12 steps and the same amount of stairs to upstairs bedrooms and bathroom. Not ideal for the mobility challenged.

La maison

accès à la maison impossible sans une marche arrière de +/- 100 mètres. Maison inaccessible aux PMR ou aux personnes handicapées motrice. Calme sauf quand la crêperie voisine ouvre ses portes jusqu'à minuit. Lors d'un orage certes violent, infiltration d'eau importante sur le lit. La télévision ne diffuse pas des chaînes telles que France 2 et France 3. Très peu de points d'éclairage

Perfect appartment for a trip to Avignon.

We had a wonderful time in Avignon. The appartment is very nice, spacious and well equipped. You can get to the old city by foot within a few minutes and in front of the house you can park your car without extra costs. The landlady is very friendly.

Appartement vous centre historique de Sainte Maxime

Appartement décoré avec goût En plein centre historique de Sainte Maxime, plage, shopping et restaurants se font à pied. Très bien équipé. Je conseille l’option garage qui est à 2 pas d’appartement. Très bon accueil à l’arrivée.

1 Woche in Sainte-Maxime

Nette Begrüssung durch die Vermieterin Nadine. Zuverlässig und prompte Auskunft bei Anfragen. Die Wohnung ist mitten in der Altstadz genial gelegen ! Zum Strand und zur Garage ist es nicht weit (ca. 5 Min zu Fuss) Es hat viele kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Hat natürlich unseren Teenagern sehr zugesagt!😀 Wir sind 2 x mit dem Auto Richtung San Raffaël gefahren. Unterwegs hat es viele sehr schöne Strände!

Eine gute Wohung im Herzen von Sainte-Maxime

Eine gute Wohung im Herzen von Sainte-Maxime. Sie wohnen in einen alten, sanierten Haus mit eigenem Fußweg durch das Erdgeschoss. Ein großer Spaß. Die Wohnung ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Zum Bäcker keine 100m. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nachbarschaft.

Wir haben unsere Tage bei Nadine in St.Maxime sehr genossen, Das Apartement ist zentral gelegen, sauber und zweckmäßig. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet ,was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Nadine ist eine überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gut ausgestattete, gemütliche, saubere Wohnung

Unser diesjährigen Urlaub haben wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder - 4 und 9 Jahre) in dieser schönen Wohnung in St. Maxime verbracht. Mit der Wohnung waren wir sehr zufrieden und können sie wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Sie hat alles, was eine Familie im Urlaub braucht, ist sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Vor allem war die Klimaanlage sehr hilfreich und es war schön vom Strand in die gekühlte Wohnung zurückzukehren. Da wir mit dem Auto gekommen sind, haben wir auch die Garagenstellplatz dazu gebucht, was super war. Die Wohnung ist mitten in der Stadt, wo alle Läden und Märkte sind und wo das Leben tobt - das fanden wir auch schön! Abends war es etwas laut, aber nie so, dass es gestört hat. WLAN hat prima funktioniert, es gibt auch eine Wasch- und Spülmaschine. Zum Strand waren es nur wenige Minuten, wir fanden jedoch Plage de la Nartelle viel schöner und sind fast jeden Tag mit dem Auto hingefahren. Wenn man bis 9:30 h da ist, bekommt man noch einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Nadine hat uns wie abgesprochen empfangen und uns die Wohnung sowie die Garage gezeigt, es hat alles prima funktioniert, auch mit der Schlüsselrückgabe. Sie ist sehr nett und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir sprechen kein Französisch, aber mit Englisch hat es super funktioniert und wir konnten uns verständigen. Auch unterwegs (in den Läden oder Restaurants) kamen wir mit Englisch gut klar. Es war ein schöner Urlaub und sollten wir nach St. Maxime zurückkommen wollen, würden wir die Wohnung wieder nehmen! Herzlichen Dank, Nadine!

Puisque vous insistez )pour que je vous raconte mes "vacances", voilà : Vendredi, j'apprends la mort de ma mère. Je réserve sur Abritel. Arrivée dimanche soir. Il fallait être présent à 18 heures car la personne chargée de nous accueillir travaillait dans un restaurant à partir de 19 heures. Donc excès de vitesse sur l'autoroute pour être à l'heure. Lundi, visite au funerarium, pour dire un dernier adieu à ma mère. Lundi soir, veillée. Mardi, messe et enterrement. De belles vacances, comme on peut le constater.
