Ideal villa for two families spending vacation together

In the heart of the village of Sainte Marie between vineyards and sea in a private road in total privacy, Villa Calie is a 220m2 house decorated with taste and originality. A stone's throw from the sea and the shops, it is the ideal place for peaceful and pleasant holidays. Organized in a main house of 4 bedrooms around a heated outdoor swimming pool, it communicates with another house of 2 bedrooms to make a vast whole where each one benefits from its private entrance. This is an ideal configuration for several families or for a family with teenagers looking for independence.

* A stove for beautiful winter evenings

Main house: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets
* Blue room: A master bedroom overlooking the swimming pool with private bathroom with a shower and a bathtub
* Gray room: double room overlooking the swimming pool with its bathroom
* Red room: double room
* Pink room: double room
These last two overlook a patio and a vegetable garden and share a bathroom

Annex house: 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and 1 WC
Communicates with the main house to make one large house but also has its own entrance if necessary as well as an isolated outdoor space.
* Gray and white bedroom overlooking a private patio
* Double bedroom on the mezzanine (ideal for teenagers, not secure for young children)
* An equipped kitchen open to a lounge area and a dining table for 4 people

OUTDOOR SPACES
* A plot of 710m2 overlooking a private road
* An 8X4m outdoor heated swimming pool secured by a roller shutter - from May to September - April upon request
* Two lounge areas
* A dining table for 12 people
* A terrace in the extension of the kitchen for 4 people

* Possibility to park a vehicle within the grounds of the house
* Free public parking 100m from the house

Vacances près de la nature

Très bien reçu à la villa. Ile parfaite pour se promener à vélo. Bien reçu dans les restaurant et bien mangé. Très belles vacances.
